Why would God command a man to speak to dirt? Yet “Prophesy!” is the command that the Lord Yehovah gave to Ezekiel. Its force is no less urgent today. End time prophecy regarding Israel is being fulfilled before our very eyes and the church needs to understand what God is doing in the Promised Land today.
A tremendous ingathering of souls is taking place all over the world. This is even more significant when considering the physical and spiritual ingathering of the Jewish people. In this book you will see how the events in Israel reflect the Fulfillment of God’s plan, the coming of the Messiah!
“The spotlight of history is not held in man’s hand but in the hand of God. He is the Director of the Final Act – He will do precisely what he has always said he would do!” (Excerpt from Speak to the Dirt! by Les Lawrence)

(The above quote is from Frank J. Fleming)
‘These things says the Amen, the Faithful and True Witness, the Beginning of the creation of God: “I know your works, that you are neither cold nor hot. I could wish you were cold or hot. So then, because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will vomit you out of My mouth. Because you say, ‘I am rich, have become wealthy, and have need of nothing’—and do not know that you are wretched, miserable, poor, blind, and naked— I counsel you to buy from Me gold refined in the fire, that you may be rich; and white garments, that you may be clothed, that the shame of your nakedness may not be revealed; and anoint your eyes with eye salve, that you may see. As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten. Therefore be zealous and repent. Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me. To him who overcomes I will grant to sit with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne. “He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.” Revelation 3:14-22

Iranian general says Israel stealing Iran’s clouds – An Iranian general on Monday accused Israel of manipulating weather to prevent rain over the Islamic republic, alleging his country was facing cloud “theft,” before being contradicted by the nation’s weather chief. The head of Iran’s Civil Defense Organization claims Israel is ‘working to ensure clouds entering Iranian skies are unable to release rain,’ insisting this was confirmed by an Iranian scientific study; but head of Iran’s meteorological service says ‘it is not possible for a country to steal clouds.’ Ynet News
It has been a busy week…thought it was a good weekend for a “you can’t make this stuff up” blog. This really is a true story, reported all over the world media. The good news is that it is further evidence that cracks in Iran’s terrorist state are getting wider.
As Protests Multiply, Is Iran On Verge Of Revolution? – Mideast: While the U.S. remains focused on immigration and a Supreme Court vacancy, Iran is in the middle of a major social convulsion that’s verging on a revolution. Last time this happened, President Obama ignored it. This time, the U.S. supports those in the streets. Investor’s Business Daily
Iran’s Persistent Protests – Iranians are protesting in the streets again, only a few months after the regime crushed nationwide demonstrations over the country’s sagging economy and widespread corruption. The periodic eruptions are a sign of discontent that may spread as the pressure from renewed U.S. sanctions increases. Wall Street Journal July 3, 2018
This follows the Biblical principle of Yehovah God causing the enemies of Israel to fight each other. You see this in Jehosophat’s victory and also in Gideon’s victory. This is the means of victory even in the Psalm 83 War where we are instructed to pray that God would deal with Israel’s enemies as He did with the Midianites in Gideon’s day.
Deal with them as with Midian, as with Sisera, as with Jabin at the Brook Kishon, who perished at En Dor, who became as refuse on the earth. Make their nobles like Oreb and like Zeeb, yes, all their princes like Zebah and Zalmunna, who said, “Let us take for ourselves the pastures of God for a possession.” Psalm 83:9-12

Netanyahu Encourages Iranians to Continue Uprising Against Ayatollah

The uncanny accuracy of Churchill’s “prophecy” is now unfolding in our American society. There is a violent anarchist movement today called Antifa. Do you know what that stands for? Anti-fascists. They enter peaceful protests and violence erupts by design. Anarchy is their philosophy and violence is their method.
Fascism has a wide variety of definitions, but let’s focus on one common trait… violence to impose the will of the state against the freedom of individuals. When conformity is not obtained by reason, it is imposed through violence. The only official definition of fascism is from WWII Italian dictator Benito Mussolini:
1.”Everything in the state”. The Government is supreme and the country is all-encompassing, and all within it must conform to the ruling body, often a dictator.
2.”Nothing outside the state”. The country must grow and the implied goal of any fascist nation is to rule the world, and have every human submit to the government.
3.”Nothing against the state“. Any type of questioning the government is not to be tolerated. If you do not see things our way, you are wrong. If you do not agree with the government, you cannot be allowed to live and taint the minds of the rest of the good citizens.
The United States Constitution stands as a beacon for individual rights and a standard for the world to emulate. Yet, today these liberties are under attack both on university campuses where conservatives are shouted down, and in the streets where peaceful protests more and more end in violence.
Suppression of dissenting viewpoints is spreading in our culture from town councils to social media censorship and blacklisting. This is the opposite of our founding documents which are based on our Judeo/Christian roots, ultimately derived from the Bible. This is the philosophy of leftists that dominate our pop culture. A clear example of their error is their insistence on open borders, which is anti-Biblical:
And He has made from one blood every nation of men to dwell on all the face of the earth, and has determined their preappointed times and the boundaries of their dwellings. Acts 17:26
Globally, this is also evident in the Sharia system of total control of the individual by the state/religion. I have often stated that communism would have conquered the world but for one flaw: godless atheism. There was never that religious fervor unto death that characterizes radical Islam. Even many Muslims reject the radicalism, but it is in the DNA of Islam’s total control. Islam means submission, but not the way the Bible teaches. Biblical submission is voluntary; but Islamic submission is imposed, even by the sword: Submit or die! Bible believers choose life and then live in freedom.
We rejoice that millions of former Muslims have found that Jesus is the Son of God. There is a cosmic spiritual battle for the souls of men. One side brings liberation and freedom, the other slavery and bondage. In the end, it is not about the philosophy, but in a relationship with the loving God Yehovah who is a Father, through the intentional sacrifice of His own Son as the payment for our sin. His voluntary sinless death as the Lamb of God purchased our salvation for this life and for eternity.
So Jesus called them together and said, “You know that the rulers in this world lord it over their people, and officials flaunt their authority over those under them. But among you it will be different. Whoever wants to be a leader among you must be your servant, and whoever wants to be first among you must be the slave of everyone else. For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve others and to give his life as a ransom for many.” Mark 10:42-45 NLT

Once again prophecy comes into focus about the capital of Syria. Events this weekend again raise the question of when will the Isaiah 17 prediction be fulfilled? Damascus has been the capital city of various nations continuously for over 5,000 years. And it has never been destroyed. Jerusalem has been destroyed at least eleven times in history, but Damascus not once. Yet here is the word of God clearly foretelling the complete end of Damascus as an inhabited city.
The burden against Damascus. “Behold, Damascus will cease from being a city, And it will be a ruinous heap.Isaiah 17:1
Pro-Assad troops take over Golan UN post in demilitarized area on Israeli border – IDF hints it may act to remove soldiers by force, noting the new position marks a violation of the post-1973 separation of forces agreement. Forces loyal to the regime of Syrian strongman Bashar Assad took control of an abandoned UN post in the no-man’s land between the Israeli and Syrian areas of the Golan Heights, Israel’s Kan public broadcaster reported on Sunday.
Report: Israeli missiles fall near Damascus airport – Syrian TV reports two Israeli missiles fell in the vicinity of the Damascus international airport. The head of monitoring group Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, Rami Abdel Rahman, told AFP that “the Israeli missiles hit arms depots for Hezbollah near the airport.”
Each time there is an escalation between Israel and Syria it increases the inevitable fulfillment of Isaiah 17:1. Syria taking over the abandoned UN station in the buffer area moves them closer to the Israeli border. This will not be allowed to stand by Israel.
As the tensions rise and fall on the border we should pray for protection for the IDF troops, but especially for the civilians on both sides of the border. Most are Druse on both sides who are caught in the crossfire. The Syrian army is making major moves into the triangle borders with Israel and Jordan. Pray for wisdom for all the leaders. One thing is for sure. God’s purpose will be accomplished because His word never fails.
Pray for the peace of Jerusalem and pray for rain.

Here is a little something to ponder as you unplug from work this weekend.
While raising our three daughters, the question of fairness came up occasionally. Children can be quick to conclude they are being treated unfairly, usually because they don’t get their way. But fairness is not so much a question of what, but of who.
When a parent defends his judgement “…because I say so!” it can fall short, because we are imperfect and can be wrong. However when God defines fairness, He is 100% right, since it issues out from His perfect character of righteousness and truth. If you have an argument with God, the solution is simple; admit that you are wrong and He is right. Turn from you wrong-doing and line up with His will. “Turn (repent) and Live!” is His advice.
“Yet you say, ‘The way of the Lord is not fair.’ Hear now, O house of Israel, is it not My way which is fair, and your ways which are not fair? When a righteous man turns away from his righteousness, commits iniquity, and dies in it, it is because of the iniquity which he has done that he dies. Again, when a wicked man turns away from the wickedness which he committed, and does what is lawful and right, he preserves himself alive. Because he considers and turns away from all the transgressions which he committed, he shall surely live; he shall not die. Yet the house of Israel says, ‘The way of the Lord is not fair.’ O house of Israel, is it not My ways which are fair, and your ways which are not fair?
“Therefore I will judge you, O house of Israel, every one according to his ways,” says the Lord Yehovah. “Repent, and turn from all your transgressions, so that iniquity will not be your ruin. Cast away from you all the transgressions which you have committed, and get yourselves a new heart and a new spirit. For why should you die, O house of Israel? For I have no pleasure in the death of one who dies,” says the Lord Yehovah. “Therefore turn and live!” Ezekiel 18:25-32
God has no pleasure in death. Many will die in sin, but it grieves the Father God. He has given us the choice to turn to Him or refuse. He does not force us to repent. That is on us. He provided the way out for us by sacrificing His Son, the Messiah Yeshua to die for us and thus satisfy Yehovah’s righteousness. Therefore turn and live!
Pray for the peace of Jerusalem and pray for rain.

Here is a quick update of our Idaho ministry so far. I have spoken in eight different meetings, seven in Sandpoint and one in Challis. There is an amazing hunger for Israel news. I am finding that in spite of anti-Israel propaganda on media, folks are hearing the voice of Yehovah calling out to pray for the peace of Jerusalem.
We met a precious body of believers in Challis, Idaho which is in the central mountains about an eight hour drive from Sandpoint in northern Idaho. You go through Missoula, Montana to get there, which is halfway. The leader of Living Waters Ranch (2700 acres) is Christopher James whom I know from years ago in Clearwater and St. Petersburg, Florida. We had great fellowship with Christopher and Debbie. They raise cattle, fish, vegetables, and strawberries, as well as a beautiful gourmet quality restaurant. You should visit Tea Cup Cafe when you get to Challis.
My brother Ken and good friend Ross Hall and I had three wonderful days together on that trip. The Living Water Ranch vision is to prepare to accommodate over 40,000 refugees. Thank you for praying for our weeks here in the spectacular Pacific Northwest. I have two more engagements to preach at the Sandpoint Assembly of God on Wednesday night and Cocolalla Cowboy Church next Sunday.
The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament shows His handiwork. Day unto day utters speech, and night unto night reveals knowledge. There is no speech nor language where their voice is not heard. Psalm 19:1-3

This minute and a half video says it all. Israel’s quarrel with Iran has nothing to do with the people, only the radical religious leaders. The Ayatollah regularly calls for the complete genocide of Israel and the Jews.
Prime Minister Netanyahu touches the perfect tone in this amazing video. We need to pray for the liberation of the people of Iran so they can resume to historic good relationship with Israel.
Within the Iranian backed Gaza terrorists, the call is likewise the genocide of the Jews. Even today, the call is out for more violence against Israeli citizens to commemorate the defeat of the Arabs in the Six Day War. There seems to be no end to the “Days of Rage” for one date or another. In fact, they also have rage on no particular occasion at all, just to give vent to their demonic hatred of the Jews.
In only the last two weeks, over 180 rockets were fired from Gaza at Israeli citizens with the intent to murder. That is 180 attempted murders. Just because they failed does not absolve them of the crime.
How amazing that Yehovah God keeps watching over Israel and protecting them from the satanic intentions of the terrorists. Thank you, Jesus.
“And it shall come to pass that just as you were a curse among the nations, O house of Judah and house of Israel, so I will save you, and you shall be a blessing. Do not fear, let your hands be strong.” For thus says Yehovah of hosts: “‘Just as I determined to punish you when your fathers provoked Me to wrath,” Says Yehovah of hosts, “And I would not relent, so again in these days I am determined to do good to Jerusalem and to the house of Judah. Do not fear.” Zechariah 8:13-15

There is no sign of a slowdown of projectiles fired from Gaza into Israel today. Israel hit back, hitting 40 Hamas targets after the first 35 rockets and then 25 more targets after a second 35 rockets this evening. (Now, over 100.) “No Sign of Ceasefire…: Israel Today Live blog
At US behest UN Security Council to hold urgent meeting on Gaza barrages: Nations to convene Wednesday; Haley says council should be ‘outraged’ over rocket, mortar fire at Israeli civilians and ‘Palestinian leadership needs to be held accountable’. “The recent attacks out of Gaza are the largest we have seen since 2014,” US Ambassador to the UN Nikki Haley said in a statement.
Earlier, Hamas and the Iran-backed Islamic Jihad released a joint statement claiming responsibility for the dozens of rockets and mortar shells fired at southern Israel throughout the day. Israel holds Hamas responsible for all violence emanating from the coastal enclave, as it has ruled Gaza since 2007.
As near as I can tell from early reports, there are two Israeli civilians and three soldiers with non life threatening injuries so far. One rocket fell near a kindergarten before school. There are no Israelis living in Gaza since 2007 and no troops stationed there. Yet, the duped world press shouts: “Occupation!”
Top minister warns Israel on cusp of war with Gaza: Israel Katz says neither side wants war but ‘we have a red line’; Steinitz: Israel could be forced to conquer Strip if rocket attacks continue. Israel is the closest its been to war in Gaza since the 2014 war with Hamas, Intelligence Minister Israel Katz told Army Radio Tuesday evening, following a day of intense rocket and mortar fire from the Strip and retaliatory Israeli strikes.
This calls for some serious prayerful intercession. Please join with us in prayer for peace in Israel. Most of the world stands opposed to Israel, but Yehovah God is watching over her and will protect Israel. He turned the page in 1948 after 1900 years of judgement. He is now restoring favor and blessing and prosperity to Israel. Through many wars and rumors of wars He is faithful, and Israel only grows stronger.
My help comes from Yehovah, who made heaven and earth! He will not let you stumble; the one who watches over you will not slumber. Indeed, he who watches over Israel never slumbers or sleeps. Yehovah himself watches over you! Yehovah stands beside you as your protective shade. Psalm 121:2-5 NLT

(Why do I use God’s literal covenant Name: Yehovah? Here is a link to the best simple explanation I know, from my friend, Keith Johnson. Also, here is a link to my book which explains it in detail, The Hebrew God Who Has No Name.)
Excerpts from an Exclusive report from CBN: Here are some thoughts from Vice President Mike Pence. (For the video link click here.)
In a last-second surprise appearance before a pastors conference in Washington DC, Vice President Mike Pence outlined how the Trump administration has championed causes important to the evangelical community and implored them to continue to, “share the good news of Jesus Christ.”
“Other than the service of those who wear the uniform of the United States especially our cherished fallen, the ministries that you lead and the prayers that you pray are the greatest consequence in the life of the nation,” the vice-president told those attending the 2018 Watchman on the Wall conference sponsored by the Family Research Council.
“Keep preaching the good news. Keep preaching in season and out of season as the Bible says. Always be prepared to give a reason for the hope that you have,” he continued. At one point, Pence shared his Christian testimony, a life-changing moment that came at a Christian music conference in Wilmore, Kentucky back in 1978 at the end of his freshman year in college.
“Forty years ago this spring, I literally walked down and gave my life to Jesus Christ and so I just want you to continue to share the gospel, share that life-changing message,” he shared.
As we continue to pray for God’s wisdom and favor on President Trump, we need to also thank our Heavenly Father for the clear and unapologetic faith of our Vice President. Hallelujah! He also stands shoulder to shoulder with the President on Israel.
Pray for the peace of Jerusalem and pray for rain. Israel still had some showers this weekend. Thank you Lord.

ISRAEL LIVES! John Hagee prayed the official benediction last week at the dedication of the US Embassy in Jerusalem, Israel. His was a prophetic voice that proclaimed the spiritual importance of the move. Since it was ignored by most Western media, I offer it here for your inspiration, as we join our voices in prayer and praise to Yehovah God, for the Biblical covenant restoration of His land and His people.

Christians celebrate Pentecost Sunday this week. Do you know why? Yes, it is the anniversary of the Holy Spirit outpouring in Acts 2. But why did that great event occur on that day in the First Century? Most Christians are ignorant of the roots of Pentecost, but what about Shavuot?
Do you know that the first syllable “pente” means fifty? So what? Well actually, it is very important. The Acts 2 event was precisely 50 days after Passover. After the resurrection, Jesus told His disciples to wait in the upper room in Jerusalem for the Holy Spirit power.
“And now I will send the Holy Spirit, just as my Father promised. But stay here in the city until the Holy Spirit comes and fills you with power from heaven.” Luke 24:49 NLT
But what about Shavuot? Jews also celebrate the same day (although they start at sundown Saturday). Shavuot literally means “weeks”, and refers to the seven weeks after Passover (49 days) leading on Day 50 to the great Biblical Feast of Weeks found in Leviticus 23:15-22. Jews believe that date is when Yehovah God gave Moses the Ten Commandments and the Torah. It is timed to celebrated the first fruits of the wheat harvest.
An interesting difference from Passover is the bread eaten. For Passover it must be unleavened bread. For Shavuot it must be leavened bread. Why is this? Christians understand the amazing symbolism. Unleavened bread speaks of Yeshua who was unleavened by sin. But Pentecost/Shavuot uses leavened bread which speaks of the leavening of sin in His people; that is washed away by the blood of the Lamb/Messiah Yeshua. This is accomplished by the Holy Spirit leavening the whole lump with grace and forgiveness for the individual believer and for the entire body of Messiah believers.
Finally, for this Feast, Jews read and reflect on the deeply moving Book of Ruth, which is the Biblical story of love and covenant.
But Ruth said: “Entreat me not to leave you, or to turn back from following after you; For wherever you go, I will go; and wherever you lodge, I will lodge; Your people shall be my people, and your God, my God. Where you die, I will die, and there will I be buried. Yehovah do so to me, and more also, if anything but death parts you and me.” Ruth 1:16-17
Pray for the peace of Jerusalem.

Not a bad week for the good guys. President Trump rejected the phony Iran deal. Israel dealt a massive blow to Iran’s plans in Syria by destroying over 50 Iranian military targets after they fired 20 rockets at Israel.
Add to that, the US Embassy moving to Jerusalem this coming Monday. Lots of good news for Israel. Also, the more we stand with Israel, the more blessings will come to our nation.
For behold, in those days and at that time, When I bring back the captives of Judah and Jerusalem, I will also gather all nations, and bring them down to the Valley of Jehoshaphat; and I will enter into judgment with them there on account of My people, My heritage Israel, Whom they have scattered among the nations; They have also divided up My land. Joel 3:1-2
Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of drunkenness to all the surrounding peoples, when they lay siege against Judah and Jerusalem. And it shall happen in that day that I will make Jerusalem a very heavy stone for all peoples; all who would heave it away will surely be cut in pieces, though all nations of the earth are gathered against it. This video was recorded recently as part of Israel’s 70th Independence Day celebrations. An orchestra, the President of Israel and 12,000 people gathered to sing this prayer to the God of Israel. The Scripture following tells what Yehovah God is doing in Israel now. It is happening before our eyes!
For I will take you from among the nations, gather you out of all countries, and bring you into your own land. Then I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you shall be clean; I will cleanse you from all your filthiness and from all your idols. I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will take the heart of stone out of your flesh and give you a heart of flesh. I will put My Spirit within you and cause you to walk in My statutes, and you will keep My judgments and do them. Then you shall dwell in the land that I gave to your fathers; you shall be My people, and I will be your God. I will deliver you from all your uncleannesses. Ezekiel 36:24-29

You have heard of self-radicalization, but have you heard of self-Islamization? Today I want to share a very interesting take on what is happening in Europe with Islamic migration without assimilation. It is a cautionary tale for those of us living in the United States. There is a devastating price to pay for open borders. Remember that borders are Biblical.
When the Most High divided their inheritance to the nations,
When He separated the sons of Adam,
He set the boundaries of the peoples.
According to the number of the children of Israel. Deuteronomy 32:8You have set all the borders of the earth;
You have made summer and winter. Psalm 74:17And He has made from one blood every nation of men to dwell on all the face of the earth, and has determined their preappointed times and the boundaries of their dwellings. Acts 17:26
Here is the start of the article, followed by a link to continue reading the conclusion. Please take a few minutes to read and consider the author’s warning of the growing trend of the Islamization of Europe.
Emerging Islamist Political Clout Accelerates Europe’s Self-Islamization – by Abigail R. EsmanForget the beheading videos, the ISIS propaganda on social media, and even the terrorist attacks themselves. Europe, says counterterrorism expert Afshin Ellian, is Islamizing itself. In the process, the Western values on which its democracies are built are increasingly put at risk.
Take, for instance, Belgium’s ISLAM Party, which now hopes to participate in the country’s October local elections in 28 regions. (Its name serves as an acronym for “Integrité, Solidarité, Liberté, Authenticité, Moralité.”)
The party’s ultimate aim: transforming Belgium into an Islamic state. According to the party’s founder Redouane Ahrouch, items high on its agenda include separating men and women on public transportation and the incorporation of sharia law, supposedly as long as it does not conflict with current laws. Ahrouch’s own behavior, however, suggests that his respect for “current laws” and mores has its bounds. He reportedly refuses to shake hands with women. In 2003, he received a six-month sentence for beating and threatening his wife. Currently, the Islam Party has two elected representatives in office — one in Anderlecht, the other in Molenbeek — both regions known to be hotbeds of extremism.
We need to pray for Europe and for our own nation. This is not a passing phase of history, it is the future, unless we wake up now. The problem is not immigration, the danger is illegal migration. There is a difference. We need to be open to legal immigration, but stop migration without assimilation.
I am not lacking in compassion. It is not possible to take in all the world’s desperately needy people. Spiritually, we can help most my sharing the Messiah with them. Jesus died for Muslims and loves Muslims as much as He loves anyone else. We can help a tiny bit by taking in a relatively few refugees, but what we pray for is complete salvation of every nation. This too is very Biblical.
And they sang a new song, saying: “You are worthy to take the scroll, and to open its seals; for You were slain, and have redeemed us to God by Your blood out of every tribe and tongue and people and nation,” Revelation 5:9
Pray for Europe, pray for the U.S. and pray for the peace of Jerusalem!

Last weekend this flag was flying on the Gaza border. Hamas does not hide its goal, which is not for its own state, but for the death of all Jews and indeed the complete destruction of the nation of Israel. Notice the Nazi swastika flying between the two Palestinian flags.
Even during the Holocaust, the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem, the top Muslim in the region, met with Hitler in Germany agreeing to work together to kill the Jews in Europe and the Middle East.
Hamas spells it out in their charter: “Israel will exist, and will continue to exist, until Islam abolishes it, as it abolished that which was before it.”
So why is the world media so sympathetic to the latest Hamas attempt to invade Israel. Again, they have openly stated their intent: Hamas vows Gaza protests to last until Palestinians ‘return to all of Palestine’ Times of Israel
Here is one possible answer.
Hamas is recognized as a terrorist group, officially, by the Western world and the United States. You can only conclude that the media is colluding with Hamas in their aim.
We need to pray for mercy for Israel and pray for the peace of Jerusalem. By the way, they have had a few rain showers this month, well after the end of the rainy season. Keep praying for rain.
Ask Yehovah for rain in the spring, for he makes the storm clouds. And he will send showers of rain so every field becomes a lush pasture. Zechariah 10:1 NLT

Those of you who have been following my commentary know that I favor annexing Judea and Samaria (West Bank) into Israel. My goal is to reconcile God’s promises to current political choices. Enter John Bolton. Since complete annexation is not likely in the near term, his idea merits consideration. Also, the two-state Oslo plan is dead, which leaves few options.. President Trump is preparing a new solution and he has just hired Bolton. Hmmm. So what does John Bolton suggest?
Instead of the two-state idea, he proposed that Egypt annex Gaza, Jordan and Israel extend sovereignty over various areas of Judea and Samaria. This would be divided in a common sense way, according to population “facts on the ground.” (Click here for more details. Thanks to my favorite political cartoonist, Yaachov Kirschen)
Israel will rule the land promised by Yehovah God in the fullness of time. Dividing the land is a cause for His judgement of the nations.
I will also gather all nations, and bring them down to the Valley of Jehoshaphat; and I will enter into judgment with them there on account of My people, My heritage Israel,
Whom they have scattered among the nations; they have also divided up My land. Joel 3:2
In the meantime we appreciate the incremental progress of His favor and restoration. Remember that this is not about personal salvation, but God’s boundaries. Jesus died for Palestinian Arabs as much as for Jews and for everyone else. So we pray for peace and the liberty to freely proclaim the good news of salvation. Israel defends freedom of religion, but since this freedom is not allowed in Muslim lands, it is another reason for God to expand the borders of Israel.
The following Scripture quote is the basis of my Kindle book Speak to the Dirt! Notice the prophecy is addressed to the land, not the people.
“Therefore prophesy concerning the land of Israel, and say to the mountains, the hills, the rivers, and the valleys, ‘Thus says the Lord Yehovah: “Behold, I have spoken in My jealousy and My fury, because you have borne the shame of the nations.” Therefore thus says the Lord Yehovah: “I have raised My hand in an oath that surely the nations that are around you shall bear their own shame. But you, O mountains of Israel, you shall shoot forth your branches and yield your fruit to My people Israel, for they are about to come. Ezekiel 36:6-8

PHOTO: Teenage Palestinian girls hold a picture of Dalal Mughrabi, a woman who is celebrated for having killed more Jews than any other Palestinian terrorist. (Issam Rimawi / Flash 90)
Liberals and feminists lefties in America are all about gender equality. Yet they have no voice when it comes to Muslim treatment of women. You know about male ownership of women, 2nd class rights, genital mutilation and wife beatings. But this new one take the cake. Palestinians claim equality for women to kill Jews.
Palestinian Authority Touts Its Gender Equality For Letting Women Be Terrorists – In fact, the most deadly Palestinian terrorist attack on Israelis ever was led by a woman. In 1978, Dalal Mughrabi and her team of killers from current Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas’ Fatah party, hijacked a passenger bus on Israel’s coastal highway and executed 37 of the people aboard, including 12 children. Mughrabi has ever since been held aloft as a role model for Palestinian girls.
On International Women’s Day, which was marked earlier this month, the secretary-general of Abbas’ “moderate” Fatah party, Tayeb Abd Al-Rahim, highlighted Mughrabi as evidence of the gender equality in Palestinian society.
“From the outbreak of our revolution in 1965, the outlook of the Palestinian National Liberation Movement – Fatah – has been clear in its social aspect; it saw no difference between women and men, and Dalal Mughrabi who led men is testimony to this,” said Al-Rahim in remarks carried by the official Palestinian newspaper Al-Hayat Al-Jadida. [Translation by Palestinian Media Watch] Israel Today
Right, they are equal in their “social aspect.”
1. relating to, devoted to, or characterized by friendly companionship or relations:
As the famous line in Princess Bride, the movie: “I don’t think that word means what he thinks it means.” The perversion of language is the casualty of the perversion of ideas. If your goal is killing as many Jews as you can (INCLUDING 12 CHILDREN!), then you define equality as equal opportunity murder. God have mercy on the children.
On the other hand we have a stark contrast in equality from the first female Prime Minister of Israel, Golda Meir:
“We can forgive the Arabs for killing our children. We cannot forgive them for forcing us to kill their children. We will only have peace with the Arabs when they love their children more than they hate us.” Golda Meir Inspiring Quotes
What a difference is seen when one knows the God of Love, Yehovah. He is the source of all righteousness. He is the God of Israel, of Abraham, Issac and Jacob. There is no hope for this wicked and perverse generation apart from Yehovah God and His Son, Yeshua, who gave His life and blood for us as the Lamb of God.
And with many other words he testified and exhorted them, saying, “Be saved from this perverse generation.” Acts 2:40
that you may become blameless and harmless, children of God without fault in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you shine as lights in the world, Philippians 2:15
giving thanks to the Father who has qualified us to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in the light. He has delivered us from the power of darkness and conveyed us into the kingdom of the Son of His love, in whom we have redemption through His blood the forgiveness of sins. Colossians 1:12-14

Jews have the right of return to their own country, but where do persecuted Christians find refuge? Christians rejoice in the resurrection of Jesus, but are the most persecuted. Christians are the world’s most-persecuted religion
You would think that America would be the place of refuge for Christians, but that has been a problem. In 2016, under the Obama administration, Muslim refugees were given priority over Christians. Yet, Christians are the most persecuted group world-wide. How ironic that we celebrate the resurrection this week while our brothers and sisters are killed. Why can’t Muslim countries take Muslim refugees?
Of the nearly 85,000 refugees admitted to the U.S. in fiscal 2016, 38,901 were Muslims, while 37,521 were Christians, according to a Pew Research Center report.
According to that same report, about 99 percent of Syrian refugees admitted to the U.S. were Muslim, while less than 1 percent were Christian.
The good news is that President Trump is trying to correct the problem. Trump: Persecuted Christian refugees will get priority.
We are so insulated in the U.S. that most Christians are oblivious to the oppression and death of Christians in other countries. 215 MILLION?
The Top 50 Countries Where It’s Most Dangerous to Follow Jesus Approximately 215 million Christians now experience high, very high, or extreme levels of persecution; that means 1 in 12 Christians live where Christianity is “illegal, forbidden, or punished,” according to Open Doors researchers.
We have always known as believers, that our only hope is in Yehovah God and His Son, Yeshua. We face death with the confident hope of eternal life, which is quite different from those who have no hope. However, as we pause to celebrate the supernatural resurrection and the defeat of death itself, remember the millions of fellow believers enduring persecution for the same faith. Pray for them. Don’t feel pity, because they testify of the honor of suffering for Him and they rejoice, just as Jesus predicted.
“Blessed are you when they revile and persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely for My sake. Rejoice and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven, for so they persecuted the prophets who were before you.” Matthew 5:11-12
What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things? Who shall bring a charge against God’s elect? It is God who justifies. Who is he who condemns? It is Christ who died, and furthermore is also risen, who is even at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us. Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? As it is written:“For Your sake we are killed all day long;We are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.”Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 8:31-39

It’s the song that brings ultimate hope to so many … often in the midst of life’s most challenging moments. Amazingly, the song was written in mere minutes by MercyMe lead singer Bart Millard. In reality, those lyrics took a lifetime to craft. (Link)
You need to go see this movie. It is about fatherhood, heartbreak and redemption. It is about real life and the possibility the transcendent God of Heaven. I suggested to my daughter, who is a very popular blogger, that she should write a review of this movie. But then I realized that it was my assignment also. So go see it.
Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of Yehovah. And he will turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the hearts of the children to their fathers, lest I come and strike the earth with a curse. Malachi 4:5-6He will also go before Him in the spirit and power of Elijah, ‘to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the disobedient to the wisdom of the just, to make ready a people prepared for the Lord. For some time now I have listened to the voice of Yehovah God regarding a bombshell controversy in the Bible translation business. Here is the issue in a nutshell. Three major translators today are substituting the name of the god of Islam for Yehovah in Bibles intended for Muslim countries in their own languages. Their rationale is to make it more acceptable to their readers. On the surface, it may sound like a good evangelistic plan.
However, if you trick people into reading the Bible by deceiving them about the nature of God, you confuse rather than convert. Many moderns think Islam is some great complex religion, impossible to grasp. Allow me to simplify. The god of Islam is not a father and does not have a son, according to all their holy books and writings. This is indisputable from their own sources. The God of the Bible is a father and has a son revealed in both the Old Testament and the New Testament.
What does this conclude? The god of Islam is a different god. Period. Full stop. Selah.
Therefore, we do not “all worship the same god” no matter how many people, how high their place (including pastors and presidents) say otherwise. It really is that simple. You need go no further. You do not need 20 hours of comparative religion classes to “understand” Islam. You need to read your Bible. What part of: “You shall have no other gods before me” don’t you get? Exodus 20:3
The translation deception is only possible, because for millenia translators have refused to translate the name of God, Yehovah, conforming instead to Jewish rabbinic tradition. They substitute the generic LORD (in all caps) for His name. Yehovah is His personal name, mentioned 6,828 times in the Hebrew text of the Old Testament. Try reversing the substitution in your own reading. Say Yehovah every time it says LORD. You will open up an artesian well of revelation through Scripture.
Who has ascended into heaven, or descended? Who has gathered the wind in His fists? Who has bound the waters in a garment? Who has established all the ends of the earth? What is His name, and what is His Son’s name, If you know? Proverbs 30:4
I will declare the decree: Yehovah has said to Me, “You are My Son, Today I have begotten You.” Psalm 2:7
Kiss the Son, lest He be angry, And you perish in the way, when His wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed are all those who put their trust in Him. Psalm 2:12
For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. John 3:16-17

My last blog was a Messianic view of no more war in the song: “One Day”. Unfortunately, we must wait a bit longer for that glorious time. Today we see wars and rumors of wars abounding. Jerusalem is at the center of it all, both good and bad, but Jerusalem is not the target, it is the prize. Everybody wants a piece of Jerusalem. The Jews have it, the Muslims demand it, the Christians claim it and the United Nations wants to internationalize it. Yet, it will remain the city of God.
My speaking tour in Florida ends tomorrow night at Gulf Coast Church in Largo. The theme of this trip has been Jerusalem, the Prize.
We do not know all that will unfold in the months and years ahead, but I strongly believe Israel is a key player in whatever is to come. On December 6, 2017 President Trump recognized Jerusalem as Israel’s capital and began to move our embassy there. That historic pronouncement ranks right up there with the Balfour Declaration. Yehovah God will bless the US because of it, but the world is united against us. It is a monumental prophetic turning point of history training the world’s focus on Jerusalem. Make no mistake, Jerusalem is the issue. Jerusalem is not the target, it is the prize. (Excerpt from Speak to the Dirt!, my new Kindle book available here.)
Jerusalem belongs to Yehovah God, and He has called it His city. There is not another city on earth that has been claimed by God for Himself.
And to his son I will give one tribe, that My servant David may always have a lamp before Me in Jerusalem, the city which I have chosen for Myself, to put My name there. 1 Kings 11:36
“This is what Yehovah says: You have said, ‘This is a desolate land where people and animals have all disappeared.’ Yet in the empty streets of Jerusalem and Judah’s other towns, there will be heard once more the sounds of joy and laughter. The joyful voices of bridegrooms and brides will be heard again, along with the joyous songs of people bringing thanksgiving offerings to Yehovah. They will sing, ‘Give thanks to Yehovahh of Heaven’s Armies, for Yehovah is good. His faithful love endures forever!’ For I will restore the prosperity of this land to what it was in the past, says Yehovah. Jeremiah 33:10-11 NLT
Make no mistake, though all the nations oppose and threaten Jerusalem, they will fail and Jerusalem will remain the eternal capital of the Israel, the apple of God’s eye.

Enjoy this wonder song recorded in Haifa, Israel. 3,000 Israeli Jews, Christians and Muslims singing in harmony. It sounds very Messianic to me. May the Messiah come soon! Enjoy.
Here are the lyrics to “One Day” by Israeli singer, Matisyahu
Sometimes I lay under the moon and thank God I’m breathing then I pray don’t take me soon ’cause I am here for a reason.
Sometimes in my tears I drown but I never let it get me down. So when negativity surrounds I know some day it’ll all turn around because…
All my life I’ve been waiting for
I’ve been praying for
For the people to say
That we don’t wanna fight no more
There will be no more wars
And our children will play
One day [6x]
It’s not about win or lose ’cause we all lose when they feed on the souls of the innocent blood-drenched pavement keep on moving though the waters stay raging.
In this maze you can lose your way (your way)
It might drive you crazy but don’t let it faze you, no way (no way)
One day this all will change treat people the same stop with the violence down with the hate.
One day we’ll all be free and proud to be under the same sun singing songs of freedom like: One day [4x]
Sometimes in my tears I drown (I drown) But I never let it get me down (get me down)
So when negativity surrounds (surrounds) I know some day it’ll all turn around because..
All my life I’ve been waiting for
I’ve been praying for
For the people to say
That we don’t wanna fight no more
There will be no more wars
And our children will play
One day [6x] Matisyahu Lyrics (Singing Is Believing!)
And he will judge among the nations, and will rebuke many people: and they shall beat their swords into plow-shares, and their spears into pruning-hooks: nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more. Isaiah 2:4

Why should I care about Jerusalem? The answer lies in a prophecy made by God to the LAND of Israel over 2,500 years ago. God gave a spoken word assignment to the Biblical prophet Ezekiel. It was a strange command to “speak to the dirt!” Ezekiel was told to literally travel all over the land of Israel and speak verbally to the hills, the valleys, the fields and the streams. We know God made a promise to the people of Israel, but He also gave these unconditional promises to the Land.
The recent proclamation by President Trump for the United States to recognize Jerusalem as Israel’s capital was followed by moving our Embassy to the city of God. This is indeed a turning point in world history as Yehovah God keeps His faithful promises in our day.
Joel 3:1-2
A tremendous in-gathering of souls is taking place all over the world. This is even more significant when considering the physical and spiritual in-gathering of the Jewish people. In this book you will see how the events in Israel reflect the Fulfillment of God’s plan, the coming of the Messiah!
The spotlight of history is not held in man’s hand but in the hand of God. He is the Director of the Final Act – He will do precisely what he has always said he would do! (Les Lawrence from Speak to the Dirt! Now available on Kindle!)

The opening chapter of a hand-written scroll of the Book of Esther, with reader’s pointer – Purim begins at sundown this Wednesday.
Haman and Mordecai in the Book of Esther have a direct application to today’s news. For several week my heart has heard that there is going to be a major reversal of all the accusations and intrigue against President Trump. The deceit has reached “Biblical proportions” that cries out for truth and justice.
Haman, the Jew’s enemy in Esther, nearly succeeded in the genocide of the Jews in the Persian Empire (modern-day Iran). However, through the courageous appeal of Esther, the King counteracted his decree and saved the Jews. But justice also prevailed against deceitful Haman. He had prepared gallows to hang Mordecai, but in the end was hung on his own gallows.
Now Harbonah, one of the eunuchs, said to the king, “Look! The gallows, fifty cubits high, which Haman made for Mordecai, who spoke good on the king’s behalf, is standing at the house of Haman.” Then the king said, “Hang him on it!” So they hanged Haman on the gallows that he had prepared for Mordecai. Then the king’s wrath subsided. Esther 7:9-10
My suggestion to you intercessors is to pray that the trap that has been set for the President will rather end up entrapping the deceivers. My faith is that Yehovah God is working behind the scenes to expose the wicked plots in fulfillment of His divine purpose of one last great awakening in the United States. God doesn’t care about our politics, He is establishing His Kingdom and His Son as King. Pray about it.
Also He (Jesus) said to them, “Is a lamp brought to be put under a basket or under a bed? Is it not to be set on a lampstand? For there is nothing hidden which will not be revealed, nor has anything been kept secret but that it should come to light. If anyone has ears to hear, let him hear.” Mark 4:21-23
For King Jesus and for His Kingdom!

A new day is dawning…
Then he went out to the source of the water, and cast in the salt there, and said, “Thus says Yehovah: ‘I have healed this water; from it there shall be no more death or barrenness.’ ” So the water remains healed to this day, according to the word of Elisha which he spoke. 2 Kings 2:21-22
For several years I have heard in my spirit that Yehovah is transitioning from the days of Elijah to days of Elisha. What does that mean? We call our ministry Elisha Vision because he could see in the spirit and prayed for his servant who could then also see. Even though they were surrounded by the Syrian army, they saw that God’s angel army surrounded the Syrians. Elisha told his servant that there were “more with us than with them.” The New Testament often calls us to have “eyes to see and ears to hear.”
But the verse quoted above reveals a deeper understanding of Elisha. After he received Elijah’s mantle, he came back to the Jordan river and cried:”Where is the God of Elijah?” He then struck the water and crossed over on dry land. Three days later as he waited in Jericho, the men of the city appealed for him to heal their bitter spring, which he did. There would be no more death or barrenness and it is healed to this day.
In January 1990 I had the joy of stopping at that very spring, with my friend Duane, to fill our water bottles for a sojourn into the Egyptian desert. I can report that the water in that spring is still sweet!
Elijah means “God is Yehovah.” Elisha means “God is Yeshua!” We are moving into a new era in Messiah Yeshua in this day. Elisha was used for several resurrections. Jesus is the resurrection and the life! If John the baptist was Elijah, then Jesus was Elisha. This new day will be characterized by supernatural power and demonstration of the Holy Spirit. Yehovah will heal the waters of death and barrenness. And he will use us… Where are the Elishas?
A friend, Juanita, in our home group recently shared a dream that kept repeating in a loop all night. She saw a withered crippled hand that was gradually healed and made whole. She kept dreaming it over and over that night, but wondered what it meant. The Lord gave me the interpretation that it represented the body of Christ that has been weak and impotent. But God is healing the hand, His Hand, so we can touch people and bring the healing of the water of death and bitterness. We will see salvation, physical healing and miracles. We will see relational restoration and emotional healing. The key is to touch people. We are His Hand extended to a fallen, hurting world. With resurrection life, we will see unprecedented fruitfulness for His purpose.
After Elisha died, a dead man was thrown into the cave of Elisha’s bones and the man was raised back to life, by contact with Elisha’s bones. After Jesus died, His resurrection life was made available to all who would touch Him and follow Him. As for me and my house, we will follow Yehovah and His Son, Yeshua ben Yehovah!
Pray for the peace of Jerusalem and pray for rain, and please pray for me as I write a new (untitled) book on the Elisha anointing. Thank you.

This is not Fake News. The modern-day Sanhedrin in Israel is minting a collectible coin with 9.5 grams of silver as a means of raising funds for the rebuilding of the Temple. Cyrus, the ancient ruler of Persia will be pictured along with President Trump. The inscription will honor both, and also Lord Balfour of England. The reverse side will picture the Temple.
These three men were chosen, to honor their declarations from their respective countries in support of Israel. Cyrus proclaimed and supported the return of the Babylonian exiles to rebuild Jerusalem. Balfour wrote the historic declaration from the British Empire in 1917 supporting a homeland for the Jews.
President Trump is honored for his historic declaration that Jerusalem is the eternal capital of Israel and that the U.S. will move our embassy from Tel Aviv to the capital.
All three men were non-Jews who were used by God to further His plan of restoration of Israel as the fulfillment of His faithful covenant to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.
Events in Israel are happening so rapidly that one can hardly keep up. We must continue to stand watch as intercessors standing in the gap for Yehovah’s purpose in Israel and the whole earth. The blessing on those who stand with Israel has been proven over many empires and leaders for thousand of years.
Now in the first year of Cyrus king of Persia, that the word of Yehovah by the mouth of Jeremiah might be fulfilled, Yehovah stirred up the spirit of Cyrus king of Persia, so that he made a proclamation throughout all his kingdom, and also put it in writing, saying, Thus says Cyrus king of Persia: All the kingdoms of the earth Yehovah God of heaven has given me. And He has commanded me to build Him a house at Jerusalem which is in Judah. Who is among you of all His people? May Yehovah his God be with him, and let him go up! 2 Chronicles 36:22
This morning’s edition of Israel Today reports that the Christian company, Zion Oil, has found oil in the Jezreel valley drilling location. After many years of attempts, this is a major breakthrough.
Christian Drilling Company Strikes Oil in Northern Israel – The Dallas-based Christian-run company announced on Tuesday that it has found clear evidence of oil at the well. During operations to clean the well bore, Zion reports that it encountered “free-flowing” oil while circulating the drilling mud. This is a big breakthrough, and offers more than a little hope that there are, indeed, substantial oil deposits in the Promised Land. Zion Oil & Gas several months ago began drilling at its new license in the Jezreel Valley, following the vision of company founder John Brown, who believes vast amounts of oil will be found in the Holy Land to the benefit and blessing of Israel. Israel Today
Press Release: Zion Oil & Gas Encounters Oil – – Company Drills Deeper in Response – DALLAS and CAESAREA, Israel, February 13, 2018 – Zion Oil & Gas, Inc.(NASDAQ: ZN) announces that during the current open hole wireline logging and subsequent reaming (cleaning the well bore) operations, Zion encountered free-flowing hydrocarbons while circulating drilling mud. Zion Oil & Gas, Inc. Press Release
The stock price rose from $2.30 to $4.30, a rise of +86.96% according to Bloomberg, overnight since the Tuesday announcement. I do not own Zion Oil stock, but rejoice in the discovery because it is further evidence of Yehovah’s restoration and blessing of modern Israel, in fulfillment of Biblical prophecy. Here is an amazing verse where Moses prophesy’s over the tribe of Asher.
And of Asher he said: “Asher is most blessed of sons; Let him be favored by his brothers, And let him dip his foot in oil. Deuteronomy 33:24

They shall be on the head of Joseph, and on the crown of the head of him who was separate from his brothers. Genesis 49:25-26

Let’s get one thing straight… Israel is back in their own land and will never again be uprooted.
“I will firmly plant them there in their own land. They will never again be uprooted from the land I have given them,” says Yehovah your God. Amos 9:15
This promise reveals two things. First, Israel has been uprooted in the past. And second, when they come back from all the nations where they have been scattered, they will never be uprooted again! We are living in the time of history where this prophecy is fulfilled.
Dismiss the nations raging against God’s people. Don’t listen to the demonic threats of annihilation. Yehovah God is on the Throne and He will defend His chosen ones. Rejoice in this short quotation from Amos. It is only one of many such promises in the Bible.
“The time will come,” says Yehovah, “when the grain and grapes will grow faster than they can be harvested. Then the terraced vineyards on the hills of Israel will drip with sweet wine!
I will bring my exiled people of Israel back from distant lands, and they will rebuild their ruined cities and live in them again. They will plant vineyards and gardens; they will eat their crops and drink their wine.I will firmly plant them there in their own land. They will never again be uprootedfrom the land I have given them,” says Yehovah your God. Amos 9:13-15 NLT

(Why do I use God’s literal covenant Name: Yehovah? Here is a link to the best simple explanation I know, from my friend, Keith Johnson.)
Turquoise water — tan sand — and a tangerine sun! It was without question one of the most beautiful and indescribable sights of my life. Words fail to adequately portray the splendor on that exquisite shore of the timeless Red Sea. My friend, Duane Trochessett, and I had just come from Jerusalem in January 1990. We had participated in the most powerful prayer conference we had ever attended. After speaking to a congregation in Tiberias on Shabbat, Israel’s Sabbath, we traversed Israel from Galilee in the North, to the southernmost Israeli seaport of Elat. This modern city is located at the northern tip of the Red Sea. From there, we endured a rickety Egyptian public bus ride five hours further south through the Sinai Peninsula to a spot near its southernmost point. We lugged a two-man tent with us, which we pitched on a deserted stretch of Red Sea beach, a few miles north of Sharm el Sheikh, Egypt.
We heard that the Red Sea had some of the most beautiful coral reefs in the world along these shores and we were not disappointed. We walked up the pristine beach two or three miles, seeing no one else and feeling alone in the world. We then drifted and snorkeled, swimming with the current, back to our tent location among picturesque rocks on the tan beach. The underwater beauty of the Red Sea had never occurred to me before. The Bible does not refer to it, except for Pharaoh’s chariots and army ending up there.
Our greatest sight occurred the next morning at first light. The setting was already surreal; just being in such an exotic location at a time of personal renewal with God. We opened the flap on our eastward facing tent and were stunned with the view. Rising out of the turquoise sea was the largest sun we had ever seen, almost close enough to touch. It was the most incredible shade of color; the closest I can come is tangerine! It was perfectly round as it rose on the horizon, resurrecting out of the water. The lack of pollution in the cloudless blue sky eliminated the sun’s rays, making the stark contrast more amazing between that brilliant reddish-orange sun, the blue sky and the turquoise sea. The only slight comparison I can make, is to the occasional beautiful orange harvest moon I have seen a few times in New England. But this was the sun, a thousand times deeper in that surreal tangerine color, and a million times more radiant! Duane and I worshipped the Creator on that beach in a depth of personal connection with Him unlike any previous experience. We were not worshipping the creation, but the One Who had created. As you read this book, please try to rise above the history and logic of the words to see the God of the Bible, Who is the Faithful God of history.
Modern Israel has risen out of the sea of nations like that tangerine sun. In my opinion, this may be the most important book written on the subject of Israel and the Mid-East in this decade because of the critical message it contains for Christians. The amazing reappearance of Israel as a nation has profound importance regarding the nature of God. He directly links His covenant with Israel to His faithful nature, as seen in all creation:
Thus says Yehovah, Who gives the sun for a light by day, The ordinances of the moon and the stars for a light by night, Who disturbs the sea, And its waves roar (Yehovah of hosts is His name): “If those ordinances depart From before Me, says Yehovah, Then the seed of Israel shall also cease From being a nation before Me forever” Jeremiah 31:36
While I claim no unusual credentials as a theologian in the academic tradition, nevertheless, the proper category for this book certainly is theology. But the style I have chosen in which to present my thesis is admittedly intended for a more popular and widespread readership. I will leave the subsequent debate over the finer points to others.
However, the theological issue is clear. The nature of God’s faithfulness, as a theological tenet, is being seriously undermined by Western Christian “pop theology” that divorces Christianity from its Jewish roots. But even more seriously, it divorces God from His own character. If God lied or changed His mind about His unconditional promises to Israel, then there would be no basis left to believe His covenant to Christians. God is either a covenant keeper or a covenant breaker. It cannot be both ways.
Hear the word of Yehovah, O nations, And declare it in the isles afar off, and say, “He who scattered Israel will gather him, And keep him as a shepherd does his flock.” Jeremiah 31:10
You shall no longer be termed Forsaken, Nor shall your land any more be termed Desolate; But you shall be called Hephzibah, and your land Beulah; For Yehovah delights in you, and your land shall be married. Isaiah 62:4
(The preceding is a passage from my new Kindle book, Speak to the Dirt! God has had some mighty unusual assignments for His prophets. Ezekiel was one who was told to “speak to the dirt” by travelling around Israel 2500 years ago to tell the mountains, hills, valleys and streams of Yehovah’s faithfull promise of future restoration, not only of the people of Israel, but of the geographical land itself. I have been re-writing and updating my first book, Prophesy to the Land! I hope to make the Kindle version available this month. Please pray for the project and stay tuned.)

This was the reaction in Bethlehem Saturday in response to President Trump cutting funding to the Palestinian Authority. Such mob insanity reveals the bankruptcy of the failed “peace” process. It only progresses with concessions to their demands. It is about time we stopped the foolish policy of appeasement. It didn’t work for British Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain with Hitler. It never works. Thank you President Trump for following Winston Churchill’s example. The true demonic spirit behind the terrorists is always exposed.
It appears to me that we are witnessing the “Haman Principle” from the Book of Esther.
So they hanged Haman on the gallows that he had prepared for Mordecai. Then the king’s wrath subsided… Then King Ahasuerus said to Queen Esther and Mordecai the Jew, “Indeed, I have given Esther the house of Haman, and they have hanged him on the gallows because he tried to lay his hand on the Jews. Esther 7:10 & 8:7
We can also see this principle at work in the U.S. It appears that a major secret plot against President Trump is about to be exposed. My prayer is for the truth to stand against every lie of the devil.
But to the Son He says:“Your throne, O God, is forever and ever;A scepter of righteousness is the scepter of Your kingdom. You have loved righteousness and hated lawlessness; Therefore God, Your God, has anointed You

Snow in Jerusalem
Israel is enjoying several days of heavy rain and snow this weekend. We thank and praise Yehovah God for this blessing after four years of serious drought. The Sea of Galilee was at its lowest recorded point. But the total rain this weekend may exceed eleven or twelve inches! Pray that the flooding caused by this rain will not cost lives. There is also snow falling on Mt Hermon.
Friday will see rain, thunderstorms, hail, and strong winds in Israel’s north and center. There may be flooding along the coastline. Snow will fall on Mount Hermon, and there may be snow on the tops of northern and central mountains.
During the afternoon, the rain will spread to the northern Negev, and there may be flooding near the Dead Sea and in the Judean Desert.
Israeli farmers breathe a sigh of relief – Winter is here to stay: Thunderstorms, rain, and hail expected to remain over weekend. After two days of rain and stormy weather, farmers in northern Israel are beginning to breathe a sigh of relief. Israel National News
Ask Yehovah for rain
In the time of the latter rain.
Yehovah will make flashing clouds;
He will give them showers of rain,
Grass in the field for everyone. Zechariah 10:1
Be glad then, you children of Zion,
And rejoice in Yehovah your God;
For He has given you the former rain faithfully,
And He will cause the rain to come down for you—
The former rain, and the latter rain. Joel 2:23
Therefore be patient, brethren, until the coming of the Lord. See how the farmer waits for the precious fruit of the earth, waiting patiently for it until it receives the early and latter rain.first month. James 5:7
Keep praying, much more is needed to fill up the Sea of Galilee.

US Embassy moving to Jerusalem next year. Vice President Pence, the first VP to address the Israeli Knesset (Parliament), announced the move will take place before the end of 2019. This is ahead of the three or four years previously projected. This is the President’s decision to save time and millions of dollars by converting the Jerusalem US Consulate instead of new construction. President Trump has scoffed at the millions spent and years taken for the new London US Embassy.
Here are important links about Pence’s Israeli visit this week.

At that time Jerusalem shall be called The Throne of Yehovah, and all the nations shall be gathered to it, to the name of Yehovah, to Jerusalem. No more shall they follow the dictates of their evil hearts. Jeremiah 3:17

A column published by Puerto Rico’s most circulated newspaper said disaster relief decisions on the island are controlled “behind closed doors” by “the Jews.” Wilda Rodriguez, a columnist for San Juan’s El Nuevo Dia, writes in the piece “What does ‘the Jew’ want with the colony?” that “the Jews” are the “secret structure that rules the United States … behind closed doors.” Dry Bones
Top Puerto Rican Newspaper Blames ‘the Jew’ for Disaster Relief Failures – “Only behind closed doors do the most elite politicians speak of the power of the American people as a parallel government organized by the forces of wealth and violence (the war machine) from Wall Street,” Rodriguez wrote. “It is not Congress. The Congress will in the end do what ‘the Jew’ wants.” The Washington Free Beacon
Puerto Rico’s largest newspaper removes anti-Semitic column from website – The El Nuevo Dia newspaper apologized late last week for publishing the January 8 column by Wilda Rodríguez titled “What does ‘the Jew’ want with the colony?” but never removed it from the website. Rodriguez also apologized in a statement on the website. “I deeply regret that my writing is interpreted as anti-Semitic … I apologize to those who in good faith have felt hurt by my political allusion,” she wrote, adding that she “can understand the psychic reaction of some to the mere use of the Jewish word. But the intention is not to provoke offense, but to contribute to public discussion.” Times of Israel
Did you notice that her “apology” was one of those that blames those who “interpreted” her remarks as anti-semitic? Remarks like those in her column are rampant in the Muslim world, but are rather shocking in a United States territory. Thankfully, the paper did eventually remove the column from its website. But, don’t be fooled. Anti-Semitism is alive and well in the hearts of many. Pray for a love of the truth.
The coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and lying wonders, and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this reason God will send them strong delusion, that they should believe the lie. 2 Thessalonians 2:9-11
Pray for rain in Israel and for the peace of Jerusalem. (Big rain and snow storm this weekend!)

President Trump was wise to recognize Jerusalem as Israel’s capital, precisely as was Solomon in his famous “cut the baby in half” decision. Trump shocked the world in his first press conference with PM Netanyahu in DC a year ago on February 15. He broke with years of precedent by allowing for “a two state or a one state solution, whatever the two parties agree on.” He is using the same wisdom regarding Jerusalem. The US will not impose the decision, but leaves it up to the negotiations between Israel and the Palestinians. The very fact that the Palestinians are willing to cut the city/baby in half, betrays their true motive of destroying the holy city and its history.
Ironically, the “two state” world leaders accused Trump of “pre-determining” the outcome. Yet, a recent position taken by the British government, does exactly that in reverse. By insisting that Israel share its capital with the capital of (an as yet non-existent) “State of Palestine,” it is the British who demand a predetermined outcome.
Israel Told It Will Have to “Share” Jerusalem On Monday, British Foreign Minister Boris Johnson reiterated “the UK’s commitment to supporting the Palestinian people and the two-state solution… “Jerusalem should ultimately be the shared capital of the Israeli and Palestinian states,” said Britain’s top diplomat.
What those insisting on such a compromise outcome fail to take into account is that the vast majority of Israelis reject the notion of ever again dividing Jerusalem, and that most Palestinians deny that the Jewish people have any history in, and therefore claim to, the city. Not to mention that Jerusalem was divided between 1948-1967, and the situation was a nightmare for its residents. Israel Today 1-9-18
We should pray for President Trump that he will continue to find the wisdom of Yehovah God in his policy for Israel and Jerusalem.
“For behold, in those days and at that time,When I bring back the captives of Judah and Jerusalem,I will also gather all nations,And bring them down to the Valley of Jehoshaphat;And I will enter into judgment with them thereOn account of My people, My heritage Israel,Whom they have scattered among the nations;
Pray for the peace of Jerusalem and “pray for rain in the time of latter rain.”

Democratic Peace?
30 07 2018Goddess of Democracy,” in Tiananmen Square May 30, 1989
Some would like to believe that democracy will win the world and the nations will dwell in peace. In the 1989 student demonstration in China, a model of the Statue of Liberty was raised in Tiananmen Square and they called it the goddess of democracy and “the goddess of liberty.” You can be sure that the God of the Bible will have no other gods before Him including this goddess! No, democracy will not save humanity. American democracy has worked mainly because the founding fathers believed the Bible and structured our government with the presupposition of original sin. They devised a system of checks and balances with three branches of government which has made it much more difficult for a despot to gain control. However, in the time of an economic collapse, people could be so desperate that they would welcome a powerful leader who would promise prosperity in return for total authority. Is this scenario going to happen in America? Is it just a nightmare? I hope so. Will it ever happen? I hope not, but my faith is not in any human government, but in the God of heaven who has everything under control.
Here also is the promise of Israel’s salvation in verse 10:
This mention of “Me whom they have pierced” dates this prophecy to the future time between the time of Zechariah and sometime after the death of Jesus. The prophecy continues:
What a glorious time of repentance and forgiveness waits for God’s covenant nation. There is no doubt that Israel fell, but there is equally no doubt in the Scriptures of her restoration and salvation in the end. (Today’s blog is an excerpt from my new Kindle book, Speak to the Dirt!)
Pray for the peace of Jerusalem and pray for rain. (Watch the entire opening ceremony of May 14, 2018. Watch especially John Hagee’s benediction at about the hour and five-minute mark.)
