Israel will be never again uprooted. (See my last post.) But what about Lebanon? Their future is to be part of Israel. What does this say about the imminent Lebanon war? Israel will win and Jews will live there. It also speaks of the “one new man” of Jew and Gentile united in Messiah Yeshua. (See Ephesians 2:14-16.) Amos spoke of the regathering of Israel from all over the world, but here is a prophecy saying they will expand to Lebanon.
“I will whistle for them and gather them, For I will redeem them; and they shall increase as they once increased. I will sow them among the peoples, and they shall remember Me in far countries; they shall live, together with their children, and they shall return. I will also bring them back from the land of Egypt, and gather them from Assyria. I will bring them into the land of Gilead and Lebanon, until no more room is found for them.” Zechariah 10:8-10
They come out of nations and come in to Lebanon and Gilead, which is in present Jordan. Since this is future, Hezbollah must be eliminated, thus the coming war. Also, Iran must be de-fanged as well for prophesied peace of Ezekiel 38 before the Gog and Magog war.
Notice the map showing the area between the Nile river (near Cairo) and Euphrates river (just above the name of Syria). Yehovah promised Abraham this would be the future inheritance. Lebanon and Gilead are part of this and will be necessary to make room for the regathered exiles.
“On the same day Yehovah made a covenant with Abram, saying: “To your descendants I have given this land, from the river of Egypt to the great river, the River Euphrates” Genesis 15:18
This not some last minute thought of God. He has planned it before the foundations of the earth. He has said it and He will do it!
Pray for the peace of Jerusalem and for His protection and purpose for this next Lebanon war.

Astonishingly, the Biden Administration is demanding Israel not finish the job, claiming civilian harm. Yet, Israel has already gone through every other city in Gaza, evacuating the civilians ahead of the troops. That’s one reason there are more civilians in Rafah. But the IDF has proven to provide safe passage away from the fighting for civilians. Even now Israel is setting up a tent city west of Rafah on the beach. The Biden proposal is to offer a state to the Palestinians including Hamas and Islamic Jihad. This is simply a reward for the October 7th massacre. Unthinkable!

King David Moves Capital to Jerusalem
3 07 2024Over 3,000 years ago King David captured Jerusalem from the fiercely independent Canaanite tribe of Jebusites. He moved his capital from Hebron to Jerusalem to the Fortress of Zion which he called the City of David. Today, the City of David is perhaps the most important archeological site in the modern world, sitting just down the hillside from the Temple Mount.
Eric Stackelbeck had a great show on July 2, 2024 on Stakelbeck Tonight on TBN. He had a walking tour of the City of David and the Pilgrimage Road which ascends to the Temple Mount. The best part was his interview with Israeli believer, Reuvon Doron. He explained that scholars agree that Jesus performed at least 35 genuine miracles as recorded in the Gospels. However, only 2 of those were in Jerusalem. Jesus healed the blind man at the pool of Siloam and the lame man at the pool of Bethesda. The Pilgrimage Road connects these two pools.
Here is where it gets interesting. The Jebusite king taunted David by saying even the blind and lame could defend the Canaanite stronghold. King David did take the city and defeated the arrogant Jebusite. Fast forward 1,000 years and Jesus’ only miracles in Jerusalem were the blind and lame!
David’s victory established Jerusalem as Israel’s eternal capital 3,000 years ago. Messiah Jesus came not only to rule from Jerusalem on David’s throne, but to heal the blind and lame! There is one more point. As David united Israel, Jesus unites Jews and Gentiles in One New Man in His eternal Kingdom. Hallelujah!
Pray for the peace of Jerusalem and victory in Gaza.
