How Obama Lost 2012

Thirty of our best warriors shot down in flames! How should we react? We grieved the loss, but why did it happen? Was it just a lucky shot by the Taliban? Was it God’s fault? Is it ridiculous to consider God in this tragedy? Does the Bible ever apply in real life situations today?

Much has been written about the excessive personal credit taken by President Obama reporting Osama bin Laden’s death. (Compare with President Bush on the capture of Saddam Hussein). We know it was Navy Seals Team 6 that got Osama. How quickly the same team makes headlines again, this time in the spectacular loss of 22 of their own.

There is an eerily appropriate comparison in the Bible when Joshua led Israel into the Promised Land. Jericho fell without a shot, through the fear of Yehovah, as He gave supernatural victory. However one Israelite, named Achan, kept some of the spoil that God had banned. Achan coveted the gold and silver and hid it in his tent. You discover in the reading of Joshua 7 that Israel lost 36 men in their next battle against a weaker city, Ai.

Joshua’s response was to fall on his face before God inquiring what happened and God answered: Israel has sinned, and they have also transgressed My covenant which I commanded them. For they have even taken some of the accursed things, and have both stolen and deceived; and they have also put it among their own stuff. Joshua 7:11

I see this parallel with our loss of 30 troops, including 22 from Seal Team 6. We should repent and ask God what happened. Setting aside the literal idea of a Seal stealing something from Osama’s compound, I see a major sin of personal pride in the way our President took too much personal credit. One could make the case that he stole the glory that should have been given in thanks to Yehovah God. Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall. Proverbs 16:18. Let the Holy Spirit bear witness. This is more than politics. It is also not about one speech, but a pattern of arrogance laced throughout the Obama presidency. It is about our nation’s future and the nature of leadership. Jesus was clear about His attitude: The Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many. Matthew 20:28

If President Obama is not re-elected, he will have no one to blame but himself.

Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus, who, being in the form of God, did not consider it robbery to be equal with God, but made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bondservant, and coming in the likeness of men. Philippians 2:5-7.

Let all who follow Jesus have the same attitude Jesus had.

Beware the Leaven

Then He charged them, saying, “Take heed, beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and the leaven of Herod.” Mark 8:15

Two types of leaven are referenced by Jesus in this verse: leaven of Pharisees and leaven of Herod. We know the implication. Leaven is a yeast that spreads throughout the dough so it will rise when baked. But of what is Jesus warning us?

For years I have made the case that Communism failed to dominate the world because of one critical strategic mistake. Based on atheistic humanism, it had no spiritual component. Yes it was demonic in its character and goals, but it was not inherently spiritual at its core.

On the other hand, Islam is spiritual at its core. But Jesus said to watch out for two kinds of leaven. The leaven of the Pharisees is a “religious spirit.” They go about trying to establish their own righteousness, according to the apostle Paul. It also infects modern Christians, who try to earn salvation rather than receiving it as a totally free gift of God. There is a seduction to the idea that you must do something to qualify for it. This is the religious spirit. (Jesus further defines it as the traditions or doctrines of men and as hypocrisy. See quotes at the end of this commentary).

The leaven of Herod speaks of the other kind of leaven. It is a “political spirit.” Herod was the archetypical political animal. He double crossed, connived and deceived. He played both side against the middle. Jesus called him “that fox”. Herod reminds us of today’s politics in Washington, DC.

The debt ceiling crisis we have all just witnessed, was pure politics (an interesting oxymoron). Yet, there is a greater threat rapidly rising in this nation and the world. It is militant Islam. One main reason Islam is so powerful is that it combines the two leavens. Islam is both a religious spirit and a political spirit. Communism had only the political, but Islam has both. The lust for world conquest is not only in the core of sinful man, it is fueled and energized by the passionate religion of death. The true believers are actually convinced that salvation comes by blowing up infidels, Christians and Jews and yourself in the process. These are Muslims who are faithful to the Koran and other writings, who follow WWMD: What would Mohammed do?

How opposite is the motive from Jesus and Christians who follow WWJD: What would Jesus do? Jihadists die to save themselves. Jesus died so that we could live! Pray that Muslims all over the world will discover this great salvation offered through Jesus the true Messiah and Son of God, Yehovah. His Hebrew name is Yeshua ben Yehovah. He came because God loves the whole world. Yet, it is not automatic, one must receive Jesus as Who He is.

Pray for Muslims to be set free from that evil religious spirit of earning salvation. Also pray that they be released from the political spirit of pride and greed and arrogance driving them to conquer the earth in the name of their false god.

Pray for the Church to see the folly of religious hypocrisy and repent for political methods.

Beware the leaven of the Pharisees and of Herod!

In the meantime, when an innumerable multitude of people had gathered together, so that they trampled one another, He began to say to His disciples first of all, “Beware of the leaven of the Pharisees, which is hypocrisy. Luke 12:1

Seeing Today’s World with Elisha’s Eyes

There is a major transition underway in the Church. For several decades the emphasis has been on the Elijah anointing of struggle against false gods, and the restoration of Fatherhood. Today, however, we have moved into an era of seeing more clearly in the Holy Spirit dimension, just as Elisha’s servant saw God’s answer in the chariots of fire surrounding the Syrian army. Generation LIGHT, Book Two in the GENERATION Series, examines the transition from Elijah to Elisha with our focus on seeing what God sees. Book Three – Generation LIFE completes the story with the power of resurrection life.

Book One was Generation LAST, on why I am convinced we are now in the last generation of history as we know it. The conclusion was a revelation of Isaiah 60 and the glory of Yehovah given to His people at one of the darkest hours of world history. Glory is expressed some 15 times in the first five verses of Isaiah 60 as arise, shine, glory seen, and even the word light.

Perhaps the most important key word is radiant, found in verse 5. We do not simply reflect God’s glory, we radiate His glory: Then you shall see and become radiant, and your heart will swell with joy; (Isaiah 60:5a).

Jesus is the light of the world. Generation LIGHT reveals His glorious light expressed in supernatural power enabling us to swim against the rising tide of the enemy of our souls. The result is not only survival, but also an overcoming authority: to heal, to save, and to set captives free. This is the day of resurrection power as exemplified in Elisha, then Jesus, and finally in the last generation, through Israel and the Church.

While this book accentuates “seeing” as the prerequisite LIGHT, the GENERATION Series concludes with the third book about that resurrection power, Generation LIFE. Look for it soon.

I am praying that we see what God sees and radiate His glory and His joy! This is the only way to function effectively in today’s dysfunctional world.

This is an amazing generation to be alive. We are seeing hundreds of prophecies spoken over two thousand years ago popping up in precise fulfillment before our eyes. This is the generation of light, but this is way beyond the “age of enlightenment.” This is a time of Divine revelation which I pray you see through Elisha eyes. The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob is arising with a purpose. Jesus, who was the author of our faith, is also the finisher. This is a day of fullness. Much that the prophets have spoken will be completed in our day.

And that He may send Jesus Christ, who was preached to you before, whom heaven must receive until the times of restoration of all things, which God has spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began (Acts 3:20-21).

What a glorious fact. We are so favored to live in this day. In this book we will discover the purpose of His glorious light. My prayer for you is that you will explore this purpose and that you may see as Elisha and his servant saw.

Israel has risen out of the dust heap of history to become a vibrant nation. It is historically obvious. This is also the day of the rise of the Church, even while many who call themselves Christians fall away from the faith in the great apostasy. Yet, this day is destined to reveal the final glory of the true Church.

And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death (Revelation 12:11).

Anthony Weiner’s Wife

I will not comment on the sins of former Congressman Anthony Weiner. The text above is enough said. However, in our sympathy for his new bride expecting their first baby, something has come to light that is not about immorality, but ideology. Walid Shoebat, a Christian ex-Muslim, has just reported that Huma Abedin, the offended wife, is more than simply the loyal “right hand woman of Hillary Clinton”. Born in Kalamazoo, Michigan, she was educated in Jedda, Saudi Arabia from age two to eighteen. Her father was an Islamic scholar of Indian descent while her mother is originally from Pakistan.

The plot thickens with the revelation that her mother is a member of the Muslim Brotherhood in Saudi Arabia, according to Arabic news sources cited by a former Palestinian Liberation Organization operative. Walid Shoebat, an ex-Muslim Brotherhood activist in the Holy Land, translated sources that say Huma Abedin’s mother, Saleha Mahmoud Abedin, a professor of sociology in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, belongs to the Sunni movement’s women’s division known as the Muslim Sisterhood. One of the Sisterhoods aims, reportedly, is “to spread the Brotherhood’s ideology by infiltrating universities, schools and homes.”

Yes to ’67 Borders

President Obama’s speech crossed a red line when he endorsed the Palestinian demand last month for negotiations based on the 1967 borders. However, I have decided to agree; with one slight adjustment. Let’s use the June 11, 1967 borders. Those ceasefire lines were the result of Israel winning the war started by the surrounding Arab nations. (I am partial to that date because Doreen and I were married on that very day 44 years ago).

Israel is under pressure from the entire world to give up its God-given land. The media ignore the Arabs’ intent to wipe Israel off the map and God’s miraculous victory. The lines of June 5 when the Six Day War started were actually the 1949 Armistice lines. This is where the President (and the Palestinian Authority) demand to start the talks. How ridiculous! It is like children wanting a “do over”. It doesn’t work like that in the real world.

So, I am for starting with the June 11 borders, not the June 5 borders. What a difference in that one mighty week! These adjacent maps make the case much more powerfully than words. You can see why Israel can never return to those pre-war indefensible lines. Still, the nations will rage and imagine vain things, but God’s response is wrath and the call to accept His Son, Jesus.

May 15 March on Israel

One week from now Israel faces a potential calamity. Arabic and English internet sites are buzzing with threats and chatter calling for millions of Muslims to march into Israel in a human wave. Western media have not given much mention, but this march could explode into a full-scale war.

Psalm 83 has been well documented here, and this event could be the trigger. Given the so-called “Arab Spring” demonstrations in multiple countries, Palestinians prepare to seize the moment for their own uprising. The Arabic term for uprising is “intifada”. These internet sites are calling for a third intifada. However, Israel, under Netanyahu, will not be passive this time. Pray wisdom for Israel’s leaders to seek Divine guidance for the crisis. The Psalm 83 War will be won by Israel, but not without Yehovah’s supernatural help.

A catalyst for Palestinians, the recent agreement between Hamas and the Palestinian Authority,violates the PA’s previous agreements with Israel. Israel responded by holding back tax funds from the PA. However, in a blatantly counterproductive move, the EU is sending 85 million Euros to the rescue of the Palestinians. The contradiction here is vivid to close observers. The EU is part of the Quartet, which is four entities working to impose a “peace treaty” on Israel. They are the United States, the United Nations, Russia and the European Union.

The Quartet has declared numerous times that Hamas is a terrorist group that must do three things for acceptance as a peace partner with the PA. 1. Accept Israel’s right to exist. 2. Renounce violence (which is impossible since their name is an acronym which means “violence” in Hebrew). 3. Agree to the previous agreements between the Palestinian Authority and Israel. Hamas flatly rejects all three stipulations. The opposite is the case; the PA has joined with Hamas via their “Unity” pact.

Israel can in no way make peace with those whose charter demands Israel’s annihilation. Therefore, this rising “Arab Spring” movement will detonate the worst impulses in Israel’s enemies. We have seen this coming for several years. What will be the event that lights the fuse? Another flash point is the PA’s announced intent to unilaterally declare statehood in September. It may not happen next week, but the fuse is ready to burn.

Finally, it is in this context that Prime Minister Netanyahu meets President Obama in DC on May 20. He will also speak to a joint session of the US Congress on May 23 or 24. Prophetic events are piling on top of one another at a dizzying pace. Fasten your seat belt for a wild ride this month. Or better yet, spend some serious time in your prayer closet.

Dave Wilkerson, a Jeremiah

He once said he believed in the “you can’t lose trib…if you love Jesus, you can’t lose.” David Wilkerson won!

WHEN ALL MEANS FAIL

To believe when all means fail is exceedingly pleasing to God and is most acceptable. Jesus said to Thomas, “You have believed because you have seen, but blessed are those that do believe and have not seen” (John 20:29).

Blessed are those who believe when there is no evidence of an answer to prayer—who trust beyond hope when all means have failed.

Someone has come to the place of hopelessness—the end of hope—the end of all means. A loved one is facing death and doctors give no hope. Death seems inevitable. Hope is gone. The miracle prayed for is not happening.

That is when Satan’s hordes come to attack your mind with fear, anger, overwhelming questions: “Where is your God now? You prayed until you had no tears left. You fasted. You stood on promises. You trusted.”

Blasphemous thoughts will be injected into your mind: “Prayer failed. Faith failed. Don’t quit on God—just do not trust him anymore. It doesn’t pay!”

Even questioning God’s existence will be injected into your mind. These have been the devices of Satan for centuries. Some of the godliest men and women who ever lived were under such demonic attacks.

To those going through the valley and shadow of death, hear this word: Weeping will last through some dark, awful nights—and in that darkness you will soon hear the Father whisper, “I am with you. I cannot tell you why right now, but one day it will all make sense. You will see it was all part of my plan. It was no accident. It was no failure on your part. Hold fast. Let me embrace you in your hour of pain.”

Beloved, God has never failed to act but in goodness and love. When all means fail—his love prevails. Hold fast to your faith. Stand fast in his Word. There is no other hope in this world.

Topic #1 Facebook Used for Palestinian Intifada

Many Christians are aware of the Facebook page that was taken down after 350,000 users “liked” it. It was calling for violent resistance in Israel. Immediately the terrorist sympathizers put up several new pages. What most in the West don’t know, however, is the real purpose behind these pages.

There is a blanket call for millions of Muslims to converge on Israel on May 15, Nakba Day (in the Arab sphere). It is observed each year on the anniversary of the day Israel became a nation in 1948. To us Zionists, it the day God restored Israel in fulfillment of His covenant promise to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. But to the Muslims, it is Catastrophe Day.

This is no light matter. It could be the start of the next war. Millions are called to martyrdom to reclaim “their” land.

The propaganda is overwhelming as they completely rewrite history to claim that Israel forced them out of their homes and lands. History is clear that the leaders of the Arab nations who invaded Israel at that time called for the people to leave temporarily while the armies destroyed the Jews and drove Israel into the Sea. Israel received legal title to the land by the UN vote: Resolution 181 Approves the Creation of Israel, the Jewish State 11-29-47 . Israel accepted the plan but the Arabs did not. When the British left, Israel declared her independence on May 14, 1948. The next day five Arab armies invaded. PRAY FOR ISRAEL MAY 15, 2011.

Topic #2 Palestinian Authority Incitement Exposed

Palestinian Media Watch has release a report of the incitement on PA TV three weeks before the murder of the Fogel family in Itamar, Israel recently (featured on my blog on 3-15-11). Palestinian government run TV ran a program “Martyrs” which was a tribute to terrorists who had killed Israelis down through the years. One such had murdered three teens in Itamar in May 2002. The video was broadcast several times a day for four days. In America, we call that copycat killing.

Does This Apply Today? Not one of the men who saw my glory and the miraculous signs I performed in Egypt and in the desert but who disobeyed me and tested me ten times– not one of them will ever see the land I promised on oath to their forefathers. No one who has treated me with contempt will ever see it. Numbers 14:22-23

Ps 83 War Before Gog & Magog

Earthquakes, nuclear threats, global economic meltdown and the crisis in Libya certainly have the world’s attention. However, don’t lose sight of what is emerging in your peripheral vision. Remember Egypt? The referendum there last week produced profound implications for the future demise of Egypt.

For several years we have warned of a local war against Israel (soon to come) primarily by the inner circle of nations with borders near or touching Israel. Egypt and Jordan’s peace agreements with Israel effectively blocked the prophecy of Psalm 83. Now, however, Egypt is sliding into the hands of the Muslim Brotherhood. Jordan is also in crisis. Therefore, we see this war is not far off.

Recently we have discovered an amazing comparison between Psalm 83 and the Gog/Magog War of Ezekiel 38 and 39. None of the countries listed in Psalm 83 are listed with Gog. Also, the first are mainly Arab Muslims and the second outer circle of nations are mainly non-Arab Muslims. They will be led by Turkey, Iran, Libya and Sudan. We conclude that Israel must be the victor of the first war leaving the immediately surrounding nations effectively stripped of power.

Israel may even expand its territory at that time to include the original land promised by God in Genesis 15:18 On the same day Yehovah made a covenant with Abram, saying: “To your descendants I have given this land, from the river of Egypt to the great river, the River Euphrates.

They Murder, We Build

Topic #1 Five In Israeli Family Murdered In Their Beds

Within 24 hours of the atrocity Israel announced it would build 500 new homes in Judea and Samaria, 100 homes for each of the 5 victims. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu soberly declared: “They murder, we build.”

Lost in the understandable worldwide coverage of the unfolding tragedy in Japan was the terrorist massacre in Israel of five family members. The most barbaric of attacks left a 3 month old infant with her throat slashed, her 5 year old brother stabbed through the heart. Her 11 year old brother and her mother and father also lay brutally butchered in their sleep in their own home, all with their throats slashed. Insane love of violence is erupting from the hearts of wicked men.

Arab residents of Hamas ruled Gaza celebrated with joy by handing out candies in the streets. The Palestinian Authority and world media referred to them not as Israeli’s but as “settlers” the murderers were only “alleged” terrorists

I ask you, what decision was made by an infant to “settle” anywhere? Israel for the first time released pictures of a terrorist attack with the slim hope that the world would wake up to the nature of those who would wipe Israel off the map. Remember that the Hebrew meaning of “hamas” is “violence”. (Read my earlier blog on the same theme.)

Topic #2 Uncanny Timing of Japan Tragedy

One year earlier to the very day, of the 9.1 earthquake and tsunami, Japan made this declaration: “The Government of Japan deplores the decisions of the Government of Israel to give permission for the construction of 1,600 housing units in East Jerusalem in addition to 112 units in West Bank,” (Japan Ministry of Foreign Affairs March 11, 2010).

God says those who bless Israel will be blessed and those who curse Israel will be cursed. After Japan “deplores” Israel building houses, many thousands of homes are destroyed in Japan. For the past year, Japan had increased its anti-Israel rhetoric. We should soberly consider the connection..

The foundations of law and order have collapsed. What can the righteous do? But Yehovah is in his holy Temple; Yehovah still rules from heaven. He watches everything closely, examining everyone on earth. Yehovah examines both the righteous and the wicked. He hates everyone who loves violence. He rains down blazing coals on the wicked, punishing them with burning sulfur and scorching winds. For Yehovah is righteous, and he loves justice. Those who do what is right will see his face. Psalm 11:3-5 NLT

Radicalizing or Radicals Rising?

Radicals Rising Leads to Sunset Over Cairo

A serious media mistake is routinely using the term “radicalizing” to explain jihad. “Radicals rising” is a more accurate term. DEBKAfile’s sources report that large sums of Iranian petrodollars have reached the Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood and radicalized its message to the Egyptian people. It is true that Iran’s propaganda is a radicalized message, but it finds ready acceptance in young Muslim minds because of generations of indoctrination.
It is beyond the Western mind’s frame of reference to accept that Islamists hold their position logically from the beginning. Since we are the product of a Judeo/Christian heritage, Islamic jihad doesn’t make sense. We are taught to love our enemies, they are taught to kill their enemies (which by the way is defined as all non-Muslims and apostate Muslims). Psalm 83 (below) clearly declares their opposition to the God of Israel.

Entire generations of young Muslims have been taught from pre-school to hate and kill Jews and Christians. That is when they were radicalized, not between weeks four and five of the Egyptian revolution (or fill in any other Muslim revolt). Koranic basic doctrine teaches that chaos and destruction are the means of overthrowing the infidels or as in Egypt’s case, the apostate Westernized Muslim states. The fundamental Islamic prophecy of the last days requires chaos and destruction to usher in the final Caliph and conquest of the whole world.

Therefore, what we have is radicals rising up to fulfill the apocalyptic vision. It is logically within the literal reading of their holy texts. Yet, the media persists in feigning shock when what they insisted was a democracy movement suddenly “became radicalized”. It is the only conclusion that makes sense to the naive Western humanist. Everything the media believes rejects the idea of anyone actually choosing to die for their god. It does not compute, therefore they were “radicalized” somehow. Even the Ft. Hood shooter must have been “radicalized” because he could not possibly believe in such radical jihad all by himself.

The 9-11 suicide jihadists were not mysteriously radicalized while standing in line at the airport. They worked hard and prepared for a long time on an unthinkable plot to hijack airplanes and fly them into skyscrapers. To us it was unthinkable; to them it was brilliant and perfectly logical.

The truth is this. It is not the “bad” Muslims rising up, but faithful literalist Muslims doing what their imams are preaching every Friday at the mosques. Good Muslims are faithful, bad Muslims (from their viewpoint) are Westernized or modernized and are therefore unfaithful and even apostate.

Pray for the Muslim hordes to turn from the god of Islam to find Yehovah, God of Israel and Yeshua haMeshiach (Jesus the Messiah), the Son of God.

Consider the contrast between the nature of Islam and the nature of our Judeo/Christian heritage.

Nature of Islamic Heritage:

Do not keep silent, O God! Do not hold Your peace, And do not be still, O God! For behold, Your enemies make a tumult; And those who hate You have lifted up their head. They have taken crafty counsel against Your people, And consulted together against Your sheltered ones. Nature of Judeo/Christian Heritage:

If I gave everything I have to the poor and even sacrificed my body, I could boast about it; but if I didn’t love others, I would be of no value whatsoever. Love is patient and kind. Love is not jealous or boastful or proud or rude. Love does not demand its own way. Love is not irritable, and it keeps no record of when it has been wronged. It is never glad about injustice but rejoices whenever the truth wins out. Love never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful, and endures through every circumstance. Topic #1 Are You Kidding Me?

The pagan god of Islam is splashing his name everywhere and the Pope bans the real God’s name? That is sooo Third Century. The Roman church continued the tradition of the Pharisees to ban the vocalization of the personal name of God: Yehovah. In August of 2008, the Vatican officially banned the name again: As an expression of the infinite greatness and majesty of God, it was held to be unpronounceable and hence was replaced during the reading of sacred Scripture by means of the use of an alternate name: “Adonai,” which means “Lord,” the Vatican letter said. Similarly, Greek translations of the Bible used the word “Kyrios” and Latin scholars translated it to “Dominus”; both also mean Lord. (recent Vatican position against Israel here).

I am on a mission to restore usage of the name Yehovah (or Jehovah or Yahweh, I’m not picky). Every suicide bomber shouts the same thing before exploding. The gullible and naïve media mistranslate it as “god is great” when he (or she) actually says the personal name of Islam’s god is “the greatest”. Isn’t it about time we wake up and exalt the Name of our God Yehovah and His only begotten Son’s name Yeshua?

Topic #2 Egypt Explodes—Israel Receives Rain

As the Middle East dominoes fall, rain is falling in Israel in spite of dire predictions. One fresh report says: Israel has “been blessed by the plentiful rains that continue to fall, even as the first wildflowers are appearing and birds are singing again.”

Surprisingly, at least for now, Israel seems like a little island of tranquility in the midst of the Middle Eastern storm of Islamic violence, hatred and death, as Muslim brothers slaughter each other. I will overthrow the throne of kingdoms…every one by the sword of his brother (Haggai 2:21).

As dictators fall, the God of Israel is in control. Blessed be the name of God forever and ever, for wisdom and might are His. And He changes the times and the seasons; He removes kings and raises up kings; He gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to those who have understanding (Daniel 2:20-21).

Radical Islam, Psalm 83 & the Palestinian Flag

Nations are falling like dominoes to radical Islam. Is the Palestinian flag destined to fly over the heartland of Israel? Will Biblical Judea and Samaria become the 22nd Arab state? The irresistible force of radical Islam is about to collide with the immovable ROCK of Israel, not the nation of Israel, but the God of Israel.

What could possibly reverse the revolutionary momentum that is building in the Middle East? God has already revealed His plan. It is not secret. Israel’s enemies indeed scheme and plot in secret, but God Who knows the end from the beginning has recorded exactly what will transpire in Psalm 83. It has been sitting there in the Bible for over 3,000 years. It is only now in the 21rst Century that everything is in place for its prophetic fulfillment.

Psalm 83 lists each country by name. It includes every country that directly borders Israel. The resulting war will be impossible for Israel to win without supernatural intervention from God. Yet win they will and confound the earth.

I Was Wrong

Topic #1 Erase the Tapes, Burn the Books

My friend Bob Mumford opined many years ago that cassette tapes should work for 5 years and then self-destruct. It had to do with “further revelation.” I find this true in my life. Only one year ago I published my second book Generation Last, and there are already two major changes as I work on my third book Generation Light.

I have changed my opinion on how to pronounce God’s name, Yehovah (from Yahweh). Now I have another change in my view of Psalm 83. I wrote in my book that Egypt is not in the list of nations there. I was wrong. About six months ago I had an exchange of books with another Middle East prophecy author named Bill Salus. His newest book is Israelstine, an open discussion of last day scriptures, especially Psalm 83. He began to convince me about Egypt, and current events have confirmed it. Topic #2 A Lamb For Rachel

Doreen has just published her second children’s book in time for Passover. For those who met Matt, a young Christian and his friend Rachel a young Jew in her first book, you will love their new adventures in discovery. In the previous book they learned How Hanukkah Saved Christmas. Now Matt learns about Passover by experiencing a real Passover with Rachel’s family.

This new story is an excellent chapter book for children and works great with Mom or Dad reading it to younger ones. Matt struggles with personal experiences that are about to turn his world upside down. All of these events teach both Matt and Rachel exciting new things that change their lives forever. Doreen and I are celebrating our 44th Anniversary this June. We are so thankful to Jesus for His life and light and blessings. Topic #1 The Heart of Egypt Will Melt with Fear – Isaiah 19

Egypt has entered meltdown. It cannot be reversed. There are certain prophetic events which when once started will follow through to their inevitable end. Jesus spoke of the events in play at His Second Coming as similar to the birth pangs of childbirth. They have begun all over the earth, but especially in the Middle East.

It is always about hatred of God at the bottom line. It will come back against Israel. Satan needs Egypt in his big Psalm 83 push against Israel. Their peace treaty must be broken to prepare for the destined Psalm 83 war.

Yet the plans of man and devil will melt away before the presence of Yehovah.

Like a lion, Israel crouches and lies down; like a lioness, who dares to arouse her? Blessed is everyone who blesses you, O Israel, and cursed is everyone who curses you (Numbers 24:9).

The prophecy of Isaiah 19 (below) seems to be in play now. Only two weeks ago I wrote of dominoes falling. Little did I know in my intellect what was about to break out in Egypt. When one reads the Bible and listens to the voice of God with the Holy Spirit, much is revealed. The God of Israel told Amos: Surely the Lord Yehovah does nothing, Unless He reveals His secret to His servants the prophets (Amos 3:7).

Topic #2 Why I say Yehovah’s Name

God’s personal name is used 6,828 times in the original Hebrew text of the Old Testament. Yet, neither Christian nor Jew uses that Name today. Our English translations insert LORD where His name should be. This has the effect of hiding the most profound revelation available to man in all history. Even Jesus said His ministry was not about Himself, but to bring us to the Father. It has been hidden away in the wisdom and judgment of God. The Home Grown Terror Myth

The MYTH

“Home grown terror”, what an odd politically correct term it is. What they mean to say is that the terror occurred in our homeland. The act may have even been perpetrated by naturalized American citizens but the ideology is definitely not American, nor is it a native born seed. It is an alien species transplanted from an evil hothouse in the Middle East.

The source of this terror blight in the earth is a specific identifiable movement rising out of Islam. The ultimate aim of this movement is the advancement of Islam until it rules the planet with Sharia Law. If you can find a Muslim who is against Sharia, he may be moderate. Every Muslim who embraces Sharia is by Western standards and definitions radical.

To some degree, the media is helping to blur the lines, by calling it home grown. Yet, this is not what our children learn in our schools. It is learned in Trojan horse mosques and the internet. Yes, it is growing in America, but it is not home grown. That is the myth.

The problem is not immigration, but migration. The first is people moving to our shores for the American dream of freedom, free enterprise and liberty. But those who are migrating here insist on keeping their own culture and laws, with the goal of imposing Sharia on the rest of us. Please inform yourself about the reality of Sharia Law. Palestinian Flag Flies in DC

President Obama has given permission for the Palestinian Authority to fly their flag at their DC offices. This de facto recognition of “Palestine” is a dangerous step for our nation. Several South American countries have officially recognized “Palestine”. Yet, where is it? What are its borders?

This unilateral recognition defies the facts on the ground. Israel must agree to the conditions or it will lead to war. The PA refuses to meet with Israel until Israel compromises all of its positions as a prerequisite to talks. This is madness.

Yet the Bible predicts that the whole world will come against Israel. It has begun. What is the danger to the United States? What door has President Obama opened? Let the Bible speak for the God of Israel:

Middle East Dominoes

Topic #1 Lebanon and Tunisia Fall

The dominoes are falling. Can Jordan and Egypt be far behind? Even Saudi Arabia is not immune. The inmates are taking over the asylum. Hezbollah rules Lebanon. Hamas rules Gaza and is poised to take over the failed West Bank Palestinian Authority . Egypt is terrified of the Muslim Brotherhood. Turkey, Iran and Syria are rising to control all of Islam. They are willing to sacrifice the Arab Muslims for the advance of Islam.

Iraq also, in spite of the efforts of the U.S., is destined to succumb to the Iranian Shiite version of radical Islam with the return of Muqtada al-Sadr to Iraq after four years of exile and training in Iran. Psalm 83 is literally on the horizon.

Psalm 83 lists most of the nations now falling to the radical camp. When the dust settles after this inevitable clash, look for Israel to hold the prophesied Genesis 15:18 borders. This leads us to the climatic Ezekiel 38-39 defeat of attacking Islamic countries not included in the Psalm 83 list.

Topic #2 The Unhinged Fringe Is Not Our Enemy

The Arizona shooter was evidently not an activist from Left or the Right. It seems he acted out of the torment of insanity. Could such a person be set off by politics? Sure, but he could just as easily flip out over traffic or any other trigger. This event is so over analyzed that the nation has missed the critical events in Lebanon and Tunisia (above) that are changing the balance of power in the Middle East and perhaps the world.

The actual threat is not the occasional lunatic, but the deliberate preplanned attacks coming from radical Islam. The former is completely random and extremely rare. The latter, however, is intentional, organized and flows directly out of a coherent ideological theology, Islam. If only one per cent of Muslims are suicidal radicals it would be 15 million threats. Even one tenth of a per cent would unleash 150,000 suicide bombers on the earth. Our President maintains that we are not at war with Islam and never will be, yet Islam is at war with us. Gaza Rockets Kindergarten

Israel Retaliation Equals Aggression

Gaza shoots dozens of rocket in the last two weeks aimed at kindergartens, wounding a 14 yr. old girl. Abbas says if Israel retaliates it would harm the “peace process”. Give me a massive break. When will the world wake up to the difference between terrorist attacks intentionally targeting civilian children and Israel defending themselves by targeting the terrorist perpetrators? I’ve had it. Enough is enough.

The Palestinians deserve their own state? Right, and Jesus and Mary were Palestinians. Yes, they really claim that even though the name Palestina was not invented by the Romans for another 135 years in their attempt to stamp out the name of Judea (much like the prophecy of Psalm 83:4 applied to today’s events): They have said, “Come, and let us cut them off from being a nation, That the name of Israel may be remembered no more.”

To those actually interested in truth, try this one. The new Palestine will not allow Jews to own land or even LIVE there. At the same time they have refused a new state more than once in recent years over the their demand that the Israeli state MUST allow seven million Arabs to move in to Israel with full Israeli citizenship. Do the math. Israeli now has less than six million Jews and a million and a half Arab citizens. Add seven million more and presto! No more Jewish state.

Big news around the globe this week is all the fallout from classified documents posted on the internet. Just about everybody comes out looking pretty bad except Israel. According to a report in Israel Today Magazine: “If anything, the leaks were positive and did not damage Israel’s image at all,” former National Security Adviser Giora Eiland told Voice of Israel radio. “There was no contradiction between what Israel has said in public and in private.” What a testament to integrity. Other countries say one thing in public and something else in private.

But above all things, my brothers, don’t swear, neither by heaven, nor by the earth, nor by any other oath; but let your yes be yes, and your no, no; so that you don’t fall into hypocrisy. James 5:12

Pray for the real peace of Jerusalem. Come Lord Jesus, come.

The personal name of the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob is used 6,828 times in the Hebrew scriptures. However, in the English translations it is mistranslated as LORD (all caps) most of the time. Topic #1 The Myth of Islam Claiming Jerusalem

Historically speaking, Islam’s claim to Jerusalem is relatively recent, less than 100 years. Jerusalem is mentioned 811 times in the Bible and zero times in the Koran. Today, in fact, the Shiite wing of Islam does not revere Jerusalem.

It is convenient for the Palestinians to exaggerate their claims for political purposes. When Ariel Sharon’s group of 20 people visited the Temple Mount in 2000, it was cleared weeks ahead by Palestinian authorities. Still, Yassar Arafat called for a million martyrs to come and defend Al-Aqsa.

There are two sites in the entire world where Jews are prohibited by a state to pray. One is Mecca in Saudi Arabia and the other is the Temple Mount in Jerusalem. Israel itself bans Jews and Christians prayer to avoid incitement.

Yet, Jerusalem has been seen by Jews and the Bible as their only capital city for over 3,000 years.

Topic # 2 Israeli Navigator Was Messianic

One of the two Israelis killed in last week’s air force accident in the southern Negev region was a Messianic Jew from the Jerusalem suburb of Maaleh Adumim. The funeral of Maj. Emanuel Levi, 30, was Sunday morning in the Israeli capital. Levi was a member of a Messianic congregation in Maaleh Adumim, a town of nearly 30,000 that the world wants evacuated because it is a “Jewish settlement.” (Israel Today 11-14-10)

PM Netanyahu said last week in New Orleans. ”Israel will not be dictated to.” (The Daily Star 11-9-10) He later said in a November 9 formal statement: “Jerusalem is not a settlement.” (Jerusalem Post 11-10-10)

If You Don’t Vote, Don’t Pray

Topic #1 The Role of the Believer in a Republic

First, remember that we Americans live in a republic, not a pure democracy. That simply means, we vote to elect others to represent us in the houses of Congress where the governmental decisions are made. There is a profound truth revealed in Daniel 2:21 – And He changes the times and the seasons; He removes kings and raises up kings; He gives wisdom to the wise And knowledge to those who have understanding. This is clear when the government is a monarchy, but more subtle when we have the vote. God is still the one who chooses, but He leads His people to vote His way. If we do not vote, we are giving over our personal authority to the enemy. Therefore pray for God’s choice, then vote!

The old cliché is that if you don’t vote, you can’t later complain about the government. My brother Ken, who pastors a church in Sandpoint, Idaho, preached yesterday with the title If You Don’t Vote, Don’t Pray. In a monarchy, you just pray, but in our system, obedience requires your vote and prayer.

Topic # 2 Turkey’s Changing Attitude

A document by the Turkish National Security Council released on 10-27-10, defines Israel’s policies as a threat to Turkish interests and policies, marking the first time Israel has been defined a potential threat by Turkey’s most important body on national security. In addition to adding Israel as a “strategic threat” to Turkey, the TNSC also removed Iran as a threat. There is only one nation in the entire Middle East which respects their right to live openly as the people they are in the life style that they enjoy in the West.

Hi all,

Where do I begin?? With Yahweh… He opened a wonderful door for John, Les and Dale to preach a revival over in Benson at the Benson Pentecostal Free Will Baptist Church. Pastor Glen and Sandy and their congregation have opened their doors and their hearts to not only us, but the Holy Spirit. We have been included as family and feel like family, a kinship that only happens immediately when we are ‘echad’ (one) in Jesus. It has been such a blessing to us.

They bless us by sharing that we are a blessing to them too. Pastor Glen commented that this is a revival no one will forget. I imagine that is true as the subjects each of the brother’s chose to speak on were cutting edge information on what Yahweh is doing and saying right now. Talk about a ‘now’ word.

For us, it has been an immense opportunity to be doing kingdom work and seeing the fruit of it each night. The number of people each night have been many, which indicates they are a congregation of hungry souls for more truth. Les complemented Pastor Glenn, and rightfully so, that he is doing a great job leading and teaching his congregation for them to be so wonderfully open to the truths that John, Les and Dale have been presenting each night. They decided to offer q and a time at the end of their presentations and it made us joyful to see how many would stay after the service was dismissed for the q and a time. Some great and thought provoking questions were asked of the three brothers and seeing I am the one writing and sending this e-mail I want to tell you they did the kingdom of God proud. They are well studied, carry the scriptures on their tongues, and allow the Holy Spirit to speak through them.

I want to bless you SPC and tell you that we are soooo blessed and privileged to have these three passionate men for Yahweh in our midst each Friday night to teach us. They need our prayers more than ever as the persecution for Truth grows each day.

We miss all of you who cannot be with us in Benson but we know your prayers are with us. Tomorrow evening is the final evening which everyone is looking forward to with expectation. Les will teach on the Rise of the Glory of Yahweh and we will pray to impart that Glory at the end of the service.

As I reread this e-mail I feel I so inadequately was able to put into words just how great this week has been, but I did my best. Hope you get some idea from this e-mail.

I highly recommend that you subscribe to his emailed cartoons. It is free and quite enlightening, especially the background reasons behind the cartoons included with the email. Our ministry is called Elisha Vision because we know that God is opening the eyes of His people in these days to see His mighty Hand just as happened with Elisha’s servant.

Topic # 1 Yahweh’s Feast for the Nations

The final feast of Yahweh in Leviticus 23 is later specifically commanded for all nations in Zechariah 14:16: And it shall come to pass that everyone who is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall go up from year to year to worship the King, Yahweh of hosts, and to keep the Feast of Tabernacles.

This prophecy is fulfilled following the supernatural defeat of all the nations who come against Israel in the last days. The nations who are left are even warned (in verse 19) that they will experience drought if they fail to come up every year to the feast.

Thousands of Christians are gathering in Jerusalem this month for the glorious celebration of this great harvest feast. Yet most of Christendom is oblivious, that it points us to the Second Coming of the Messiah Yeshua when the eternal Creator God will “tabernacle” or make His dwelling with us! And I heard a loud voice from heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they shall be His people. God Himself will be with them and be their God. Revelation 21:3. The greatest fulfillment of the Feast of Tabernacles is yet to come!

Topic #2 Holiness To the LORD!

Two amazing revelations are found in the end of Zechariah 14. Every pot in Jerusalem and Judah is considered holy to God. People will use them for sacrifice and for cooking.

First, I see the priesthood of all believers. All bring their own offerings before Yahweh.

Secondly, there are no clean and unclean vessels. All are clean before the Lord! It is similar to my concept of Sabbaths, where I believe every day becomes a Sabbath rest with Jesus our Savior, Shepherd, King, Husband and Friend.

In that day HOLINESS TO YAHWEH shall be engraved on the bells of the horses. The pots in Yahweh’s house shall be like the bowls before the altar. Yes, every pot in Jerusalem and Judah shall be holiness to Yahweh of hosts. Everyone who sacrifices shall come and take them and cook in them. In that day there shall no longer be a Canaanite in the house of Yahweh of hosts. Zechariah 14:20-21

Topic # 1 Israeli’s RESTART Building Projects

The Yesha Council, representing all of the Israeli cities and communities in the so-called West Bank (Biblical Judea and Samaria), responded to the Monday terrorist murders of four adults and a baby in the womb by saying: “You Kill, We Build.” This comes four weeks before the end of the building moratorium. The last time I visited Israel we met with some wonderful people who lay their lives on the line for the Zionist dream. 300,000 Israeli’s now call the area home.

It is not primarily a political vision, it is spiritual. The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob promised the land to Israel. It is His will. It is the only outcome, no matter what man says or does. I have often proclaimed: “The world has it’s eyes on the West Bank, but God has His eyes on the East Bank.” In the news, you would think the Jordan River is the only river in the world with only one bank. Keep your eyes on the other side of the Jordan. On the same day Yahweh made a covenant with Abram, saying: “To your descendants I have given this land, from the river of Egypt to the great river, the River Euphrates. Genesis 15:18 Stay tuned!

Topic #2 The NO PEACE Talks—Odds Stacked 4-1

For they have healed the hurt of the daughter of My people slightly, Saying, ‘Peace, peace!’ When there is no peace. Jeremiah 8:11 NKJV

There is zero possibility for the peace parley this week in DC to bring actual agreement. The prophetic voice of God is always way ahead of geopolitics. President Obama included Jordan and Egypt in the talks to stack the decks against Israel. Along with Abbas of the Palestinian Authority, when you add in Obama’s bias, the odds are four to one. Imagine every topic going around the table: Israel says no, the others say yes, yes, yes, yes. Israel says yes, the others say no, no, no, no!

They offer superficial treatments for my people’s mortal wound. They give assurances of peace when all is war. Jeremiah 8:11 NLT

Wars and Rumors of Wars

Topic # 1 Is The Sky Falling?

And you will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not troubled; for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. Matthew 24:6

There is a tendency for prophecy buffs to want to put all of the last days prophecies into the same short time frame. However, this warning of Jesus informs us that even with wars multiplying the end is not quite at hand. There are multiple events between now and then.

We have predicted the Psalm 83 War to occur this summer, which still seems very possible. Yet, Israel’s closest neighbors are listed in that Psalm, while a completely different group is listed in Ezekiel 38-39. We conclude that these are two separate and distinct wars yet to come. It is sort of like an inner and outer beltline of a city. It looks to me like the first group has ceased to exist and the outer group steps up in Ezekiel. There is another very interesting observation. The inner country group is Arab Muslims, but the outer group is non-Arab Muslims.

Either way, Jesus says don’t be troubled, because the wars must happen before the end. So, fasten your seat belt as we approach these prophetic crossroads.

Topic #2 Deadline This Week for Israel’s Iran Attack

Former UN Ambassador John Bolton predicted on Fox News Friday that Israel would have to attack Iran by August 21 because Russia’s is about to fire up Iran’s first nuclear reactor. Once the fuel rods are loaded, “it makes it essentially immune from attack by Israel. Because once the rods are in the reactor an attack on the reactor risks spreading radiation in the air, and perhaps into the water of the Persian Gulf.” (Newsmax)

Also looming is the deadline for the peace talks which are doomed to fail on Palestinian preconditions threatening Israel’s very existence and must therefore always be rejected.

Now as He sat on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to Him privately, saying, “Tell us, when will these things be? And what will be the sign of Your coming, and of the end of the age?” And Jesus answered and said to them: “Take heed that no one deceives you. “For many will come in My name, saying, ‘I am the Christ,’ and will deceive many. “And you will hear of wars and rumors of wars. Can You See Forever?

What is your worldview? Secular humanist? Biblical? How about Prophetic?

Where do you live? Is eternity in view in your daily life? To borrow a phrase, “I can see eternity from my house.” I have a prophetic worldview, which is to see eternity in current events.

“Only one life ‘twill soon be past,

Only what’s done for Christ will last!”

Pastor Earl Waterman, a beloved mentor, said to me over 40 years ago, “If you can possibly take the Bible literally, do so.” I do! The Bible is a window into the actual future world.

I reached a milestone of 65 years old this year. Key mentors to me were my Dad, Weldon Lawrence, and also Derek Prince, Earl Waterman, and Arthur Burt, who all lived to the ages of 90-100. Brother Arthur is still ministering at 98. So, on that scale, I am looking at one third of my life ahead.

However, my literal prophetic view suggests that Jesus will come back sooner than that timetable. That is why I wrote Generation LAST, which is Biblical evidence for the imminent end of this age, and the glorious appearing of Yeshua ben Yahweh, Jesus, Son of God!

Come now, you who say, “Today or tomorrow we will go to such and such a city, spend a year there, buy and sell, and make a profit”; whereas you do not know what will happen tomorrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapor that appears for a little time and then vanishes away. Instead you ought to say, “If the Lord wills, we shall live and do this or that.” James 4:13-15

What does this mean for our daily lives? Facing the sober reality of human mortality is totally changed for the believer. Look how dismal this existence must be for a secularist. No hope. No future. No purpose. They see fear, death, disease, poverty, injustice and hopelessness. Believers have a future and a hope. We have a transcendent eternal purpose! God has work for us to do for Him. “I must be about my Father’s business.” My view has changed. This really is the last generation. There is much to accomplish, much to proclaim. There are many to warn of “the wrath to come”. It is serious, but it is also exciting. What a day to be alive! What a day to serve our God!

“This is the day the LORD has made.

Let us rejoice and be glad in it.”

A Rocket A Day

Topic # 1 Over 400 Rockets SINCE Gaza War

Nearly an average of one rocket has been fired every day since February last year. The Gaza War of January 2009 (called Operation Cast Lead by Israel) was entered into because of more than 7,000 rockets in the previous three years. That barrage was the Hamas answer to Israel withdrawing ten thousand Jewish residents from Gaza in a unilateral concession for peace. It did not work. It never does. Hamas does not want to hurt Israel, it wants to destroy Israel. It says so in their Charter. (By the way, the same clause is still in the Palestinian Authority Charter also, despite Arafat and now Abbas legally agreeing to remove it.)

Please remember that Hamas is an acronym for their Arabic name that conveniently also happens to be the Hebrew word for violence used many times in the Bible. They knew that when they chose Hamas as their name. They are not just people who do violent acts, they are the actual embodiment of the spirit of violence and I do mean it in the demonic spirit sense. Hamas occurs three times in Psalm 140 alone.

Topic #2 Ground Zero Mosque Fiasco

Recently 10,000 people gathered at Ground Zero to protest plans to build an Islamic Center and mosque at the 9/11 site. The basic insensitivity along with the historical pattern of Muslims building mosques at key sites of conquered enemies of Islam should be enough to ban it. However, beyond these and many other obvious proofs of a really, really bad idea, there is one final clincher.

This sign is from the Ground Zero Rally on June 6, 2010. You could insert a church or any other religion’s place of worship. The point is that only Islam is allowed in “pure” Muslim countries. Are we so blind to the

ever increasing evil encroachment of Islam on our shores? Wake up America!

Travel and Leisure magazine has declared Jerusalem the number one city to visit in the Middle East and Africa for the summer and fall vacation seasons.

Cape Town, South Africa placed number two on the list of 10, and Tel Aviv came in third place.

The list was compiled based on a survey of readers who had recently visited the region. They ranked cities according to enjoyment of sights, culture and arts, dining, attitude of local residents, shopping and overall value.

From January to July of this year, Israel has seen a record number of tourists. Well over 1.5 million people have visited Israel during the first half of the year, and the numbers are expected to grow as the biblical High Holy Days approach. (Israel Today Magazine—www.israeltoday.co.il.)

WWJD OR WWMD?

Topic # 1 Quite The Contrast

The Christian classic In His Steps by Charles Sheldon asked “What would Jesus do?” The age of the acronym reduced it to WWJD. What if you used the same concept with Mohammed? How do the two founders of their faiths compare in their conduct? The founder of Islam is known for multiple wives, child brides, bloody warfare, lying and stealing. None of these charges can be attributed to Jesus. My friend John Fisk makes the salient point that if you follow the religious ideology of Islam you can be just like its founder. In fact, the better Muslim you are, the more you would be like him. I prefer to follow the example of Jesus.

It is also interesting that the acronym for “what would Mohammed do?” includes WMD, famously used for weapons of mass destruction. I believe this applies to Islam on several levels, most seriously the eternal judgment of those who deny the fatherhood of Yahweh and sonship of Yashua (Jesus).

Finally, the better question is not what would Jesus do? But what did He do? He did not live for His own will, but the will of the Father. He did nothing of His own initiative, as John’s Gospel declares, but He always asked the Father what to say and do. Then Jesus answered and said to them, “Most assuredly, I say to you, the Son can do nothing of Himself, but what He sees the Father do; for whatever He does, the Son also does in like manner.” John 5:19

Topic #2 IAF Landed At Saudi Base

The Israeli Air Force recently unloaded military equipment at a Saudi Arabian base, an Iranian news agency claimed last week, while a large American force has massed in Azerbaijan, which is on the northwest border of Iran. Taliban Hang 7 Year Old

Topic # 1 7 Days After, Still No US Condemnation

The 7 year old boy hung by the Taliban was accused of spying. Right. Did I mention his grandfather is a tribal elder who supports the Afghan government? But the story gets worse. While the entire world condemns Israel for defending itself from “violent peace activists” (oxymoron alert), silence meets the hanging of a child. Our state department has yet to speak out about it. The only leader outside Afghanistan to speak is the new PM of Britain, David Cameron: I think it says more about the Taliban than any book, than any article, than any speech could ever say. Good for him. But where is the outrage everywhere else? Our government is shifting from pro-Israel to pro-Muslim sentiment. This betrayal brings increasing judgment on our nation.

Israeli PM Netanyahu was profoundly correct when he said: If the Arabs put down their weapons today, there would be no more violence. If the Jews put down their weapons today, there would be no more Israel.

Topic #2 Oil Rig Trouble?

In the past 7 days, serious events have befallen our country. It may be a stretch, but go with me on this. Look at Psalm 77:16-19. The depths trembled (oil disaster escalates). The clouds poured out water (deadly flash floods in Arkansas and Oklahoma). Your thunder was in the whirlwind (deadly tornadoes). Lightning lit up the world (lightning hit the oil platform, the day of the President’s defensive oval office speech). The earth trembled and shook (earthquakes in California). Tom Jones died recently. He was a good friend and fellow elder in my home church in Clearwater, FL. Joanne Lee, another church leader said it best: He was extreme in his faith and his faithfulness. May we all follow Tom’s lead.

Peace Activists?

Weapons of Peace?

Topic # 1 The Peace Oxymoron

The Gaza flotilla tragedy reeks of contradictions in every news report. Three critical facts were known before the ships sailed. 1. The “peace activists” proclaimed they would not resist when Israel would board their ships. 2. They had clear “war worship” in chants to “kill the Jews” and it is caught on video. 3. Israel announced multiple times that they would be happy to let the ships port at Ashdod a few miles up the coast and then truck the inspected supplies to Gaza.

However, the reality is that they were setting a trap for Israel. The whole world has dutifully condemned Israel, even in light of video clearly showing the “peaceful passengers” attacking the soldiers, beating them bloody before their leaders allowed them to defend themselves. It was not an “aid convoy”, it was a public relations trap, that worked. Much of the medicine and supplies were out of date and worthless. The world can no longer tell lies from truth. The Apostle Paul warned us of the strong delusion, that they should believe the lie in 2 Thessalonians 2:9-12. The great time of lies is now.

Topic #2 Perfect Peace Is Shalom-Shalom!

Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee. Isaiah 26:3 My good friend Doug Walton gave me a Hebrew lesson last week. He discovered something I never knew in 40 years of ministry. The Hebrew text for “perfect peace” is simply the word “shalom” twice. When we keep our mind focused on Yahweh, we have shalom shalom: completeness (in number), safety, soundness (in body), welfare, health, prosperity, peace, quiet, tranquility, contentment, peace, and friendship with man and with God, especially in covenant relationship.

Topic # 1 Justice Is Turned Backwards

Which way goes justice? This is a word that is being twisted like a pretzel. How can such an important concept be so popular and yet so perverted. Isaiah 59 speaks of the last days when justice will be perverted 180 degrees. One glaring example is the world condemning Israel for issuing building permits in its capital city while ignoring the regular practice by the Palestinian Authority to name streets and stadiums after suicide bombers who murdered innocent children.

This is Yahweh’s response: He was amazed to see that no one intervened to help the oppressed. So he himself stepped in to save them with his mighty power and justice He put on righteousness as his body armor and placed the helmet of salvation on his head. He clothed himself with the robes of vengeance and godly fury. He will repay his enemies for their evil deeds. His fury will fall on his foes in distant lands. Then at last they will respect and glorify the name of Yahweh throughout the world. For he will come like a flood tide driven by the breath of Yahweh. Isaiah 59:16-19.

The good news is revealed in Isaiah 60 when God puts His glory on His people. It is time to arise and shine!

Topic #2 I Am Not Making This Up

The United Nations has just voted Libya onto the UN Human Rights Council. The country with one of the worst human rights records is now policing the rest. This is “the fox guarding the chickens.” In a secret ballot, 155 countries voted for Libya, which was 58 more votes than needed. This is the UN council that has passed 40 censure resolutions since its founding. Of these, 33 were directed against Israel. This is why I am talking about perverted justice. Isaiah prophesied of these last days: Our courts oppose people who are righteous, and justice is nowhere to be found. Topic # 1 Obama Demands Israeli Concessions

Israel and America have been friends for 62 years and today we demand Israel fall in line with the Obama agenda. This is not right. Here’s his list before negotiations:

1. Israel scale back security checkpoints to the level during the intifada when suicide bombers freely entered.

2. Israel release 2,000 Palestinian prisoners.

3. Israel allow material into Gaza which will then be used for bombs.

4. Israel turn over entire cities to the Palestinian Authority.

5. Israel give a part of Jerusalem (Abu Dis) to the PA.

Here is the Obama list of demands for Palestinians:

1. Show up.

These demands on Israel are called “confidence building measures”, to convince Palestinians that Israel is serious about wanting peace. Would somebody explain why the total destruction of Israel as a state is still in the Palestinian Charter? For the record, it is also in the stated purpose of Hamas, Hezbollah, Iran, Syria, and other “neighbors”.

Topic # 1 Make No Mention of Other Gods

Most Christians are woefully ignorant of the Biblical prohibitions against saying the names of other gods. We are called to restore the name of Yahweh, God of Israel and the Bible. The rise of Islam and other pagan religions has most Americans confused. Our last two presidents say we all worship the same god. How wrong! What part of “You shall have no other gods before Me!” don’t we get?

Exodus 23:13 And in all that I have said to you, be circumspect and make no mention of the name of other gods, nor let it be heard from your mouth.

Joshua 23:7 and lest you go among these nations, these who remain among you. You shall not make mention of the name of their gods, nor cause anyone to swear by them; you shall not serve them nor bow down to them, but you shall hold fast to Yahweh your God, as you have done to this day.

Psalm 16:4 Their sorrows shall be multiplied who hasten after another god; Their drink offerings of blood I will not offer, Nor take up their names on my lips.

Contrast with Psalm 83:4 They have said, “Come, and let us cut them off from being a nation, That the name of Israel may be remembered no more.”

Topic #2 Jordan Flipping

King Abdullah of Jordan has joined the Arab world’s saber-rattling against Israel and warned that the status of Jerusalem could explode into another war: Our relationship with Israel is at an all-bottom low. It hasn’t been as bad as it is today. Abdullah added Jordan’s relationship with Syria is probably the best it’s ever been. (INN) Ps. 83 here we come!

Thus says the Lord Yahweh: “I do not do this for your sake, O house of Israel, but for My holy name’s sake, which you have profaned among the nations wherever you went. Spring in New England

Resurrection season always speaks of new life. This year to be in New England has extra significance because Yahweh has spoken that the long prayed for revival is finally coming here. Last Fall, we heard that God had removed a principality from Martha’s Vineyard that would affect Massachusetts and all of New England. This was then seen in practice with the shocking election of Scott Brown as Senator. It is a new day, Heaven has opened over this land. Now is the time for believers to wake up, step up and manifest the purpose of God!

Topic # 1 Making Mountains Out of Molehills

The ridiculous international incident concocted by President Obama over legal building permits in Jerusalem, is well documented. The result is a new Palestinian uprising or intifada that some are calling the Obama Intifada, assigning the blame on him as the instigator.

The descendants of Ishmael currently occupy at least 800 times more land than descendants of Isaac. The 21 states of the Arab League routinely announce plans of building expansion. In Saudi Arabia alone, 555,000 housing units were built over the past several years. Ruth R. Wisse.

All nations ruled by Islam are, by definition, apartheid. All non-Muslims are segregated as second class citizens. Freedom of religion and speech is outlawed by Sharia law. Israel represents the antithesis of apartheid. James M. Hutchens-both quotes from: The Jerusalem Connection.

Topic #2 $12 Billion to PA—Where Did It Go?

Dr. Ghania Malhis, chair of the Economic Policy Research Institute in Ramallah, addressed the UN’s Seminar on Assistance to the Palestinians last week. She estimated foreign countries had donated a total of $12 billion to the PA since 1995. That figure did not include billions of dollars in aid provided by international aid groups such as UNRWA. Aid to the PA is increasing steadily. It received an average of one billion dollars a year between 2001 and 2005, $1.5 billion in 2007, $1.8 billion in 2009, and an estimated $2 billion is anticipated in 2010. And yet, Malhis said, after such enormous sums, the GDP is 13% lower than it was in 1999, and GDP per capita is down by 30%. “The Palestinian Authority has failed to address allegations of misuse of funds, power and mismanagement as well as a lack of accountability and transparency,” (INN) The leech has two daughters. ‘Give! Christian Zionist Predicts Psalm 83 War This Summer

The author of a new book, Generation Last, is predicting that the long prophesied Psalm 83 War between Israel and several of its neighboring countries will take place this summer.

Sandpoint, ID (PRWEB) March 1, 2010 — Les Lawrence, the author of a new book, Generation Last, says the seismic plates are shifting in the Middle East. “No peace plan,” he writes, “can touch the spiritual dimensions of the coming earthquake.”

In his blog, (www.elishavision.wordpress.com) Lawrence shows how several events currently taking place point to a likelihood of a small regional war occurring between Israel and its neighbors this summer.

Vadim Mikhaliov, site administrator for Debkafile (www.debka.com) posted two exclusive reports in February that corroborate the possibility of Lawrence’s suggestion.

Now in its tenth year on the Internet, DEBKAfile provides intelligence and security-related breaking news and analysis on world events.
The first report quotes Syria’s Foreign Minister, Walid Maullem, in Damascus as warning the Israelis against testing Syrian power, “since you know the war will move into your cities.”

The report alludes to possible preparations for attacks on Iran by both US and Israeli naval forces in the Persian Gulf.

The second DEBKAfile report quotes Israelis Foreign Minister, Avigdor Lieberman saying Syria’s President Assad “must be told bluntly that in the next war, not only will Syria be beaten but he and his family will lose power.”

In an unrelated article dated February 11,2010, internationally acclaimed Reuters (www.reuters.com/article/idUSDAH12274820100211) reported Iran’s President Ahmadinejad warning Israel that if the Zionist state continues to make mistakes and initiates a military offensive, “it must be resisted with full force to put an end to it once and for all.”

Lawrence, in his book, writes that Psalm 83 clearly prophesies a war between Israel and all its adjacent countries with the one exception of Egypt. Currently, Egypt and Jordan both have peace treaties with Israel.

However Lawrence explained in a telephone interview that “Jordan’s relationship with Israel could quickly turn negative. If Jordan politics change and Jordan joins the Iranian/Syrian camp, we could see a war matching the Biblical descriptions in Psalm 83 this summer.”

He said that some 70% of Jordan is Palestinian. Such a majority could easily influence or overwhelm and depose the ruling Jordanian family of King Abdullah.

Lawrence observed, “The sabers of an impending war are clashing.” In his book, Lawrence shows how Psalm 83 could very well be a prophecy for these times, noting that the countries named in the Psalm are the same countries existing today under formerly different national names.

This is important to note, he added, because “Psalm 83 describes a smaller regional war with Israel that precedes the epic final battles of the Apocalypse.”
