Meanwhile, guess what Iran’s Foreign Minister and Chief Negotiator did on his way home from the Geneva signing ceremony today? He stopped off in Beirut, Lebanon to lay a wreath on the grave of the terrorist mastermind behind the 1983 massacre of 241 American servicemen: 220 Marines, 18 sailors and three soldiers. (see: “Search for perpetrators” halfway down this article). How can we be so blind?

All along, of course, Iran has just been stalling and stonewalling to simply buy more time in their relentless quest for nuclear weapons. They have been caught lying many times. Iran’s President Rouhani even bragged about his prowess in deceiving the West in a video tape released in 2013, and an interview in 2006: How we duped the West.

TAQIYYA: The Islamic Doctrine of Lying

The fact that they say what we want to hear is actually a doctrine of lying called taqiyya. They are instructed that lying is a righteous way to achieve a desired effect for the advance of Islam and they will be rewarded for their “successful” lie. If you understand that this is true, it is a lot easier to understand their love of the Western media. They just tell us what we want to hear while going about their secretive purposes. Is Israel Alone?

The obvious answer is no, because we know that Yehovah God will defend her. But I am referring to the practical question of Israel taking out Iran’s nuclear bomb program. It appears more and more that the US Administration is willing to accept a nuclear Iran. Israel cannot allow it because of Iran’s continued threats to destroy the Jewish nation.

So who will stand with Israel? Ironically, Saudi Arabia is the one who will help Israel because they fear Iran’s Ayatollahs more than Israel does. Check out this Reuters story: Israel and Saudi Arabia: Best frenemies forever?

Also, as I have said before, Iran will be diminished before the Psalm 83 War and will not take part. This is confirmed by Ezekiel 38 where Iran is still around for the Gog/Magog War when the Psalm 83 nations are no longer a threat to Israel.

On a personal note, I have returned from a wonderful ministry trip to Idaho and the Global Transform Our World Conference in Hawaii. I was really blessed by a word from Ed Silvoso that when we think of thankfulness it is always us thanking God, but God also thanks us, His servants, for our labor in the Kingdom. Amen.

Please forgive me for slacking off on my blogs and YouTube videos. They will resume now. Israeli PM Netanyahu made his important speech at the UN (transcript here) on October 1 (video here). Yet, while I was traveling, most of the US news has been endless coverage of the government financial mess. However God is still on the throne and He is doing mighty things in the earth. We continue to focus on His view of events.

Praise the Lord we are not limited to humanistic atheism on one hand or the demonic death cult of Islamism on the other hand. We choose the higher way. We believe the Lord’s prayer for His Kingdom to come and His will to be done on earth just as it is in Heaven!

Lost in Translation

Also, I continue to warn about the UN meetings this week. Pray for PM Netanyahu speaking there next Tuesday, that he will speak with moral clarity. Truth needs to cut through all the hypocrisy.

Beware the Bazaar. I continue to see major seduction coming from Iran. Before you fall for the lies and deceit of Iran’s new President Rouhani, you need to know how CNN enabled his deception. This was exposed by Wall Street Journal (full quote below). Christiane Amanpour, CNN’s very liberal Iranian reporter may or may not have known, but it is certainly suspicious.

Holocaust Denial in Translation – Wall Street Journal – Reasonableness at last. That was the general reaction Wednesday to the news that Iranian President Hassan Rouhani appeared to acknowledge and condemn the Holocaust during an interview this week with CNN’s Christiane Amanpour. Previous President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad had rarely missed an opportunity to call the Nazi genocide of six million Jews a “myth.” But Mr. Rouhani has adopted a more tempered tone, and the world longs to see him as someone with whom “we can do business together,” as Margaret Thatcher once said about Mikhail Gorbachev.

One problem: The words attributed to Mr. Rouhani are not what he said.

According to CNN’s translation of Mr. Rouhani’s remarks, the Iranian President insisted that “whatever criminality they [the Nazis] committed against the Jews, we condemn.” Yet as Iran’s semi-official news agency Fars pointed out, Mr. Rouhani never uttered anything approximating those words. Nor, contrary to the CNN version, did he utter the word “Holocaust.” Instead, he spoke about “historical events.” Our independent translation of Mr. Rouhani’s comments confirms that Fars, not CNN, got the Farsi right.

So what did Mr. Rouhani really say? After offering a vague indictment of “the crime committed by the Nazis both against the Jews and the non-Jews,” he insisted that “I am not a history scholar,” and that “the aspects that you talk about, clarification of these aspects is a duty of the historians and researchers.”

Pretending that the facts of the Holocaust are a matter of serious historical dispute is a classic rhetorical evasion. Holocaust deniers commonly acknowledge that Jews were killed by the Nazis while insisting that the number of Jewish victims was relatively small and that there was no systematic effort to wipe them out.

We’ll leave it to CNN to account for its translation, and why it made Mr. Rouhani seem so much more conciliatory than he was. Meantime, points for honesty go to the journalists at Fars, who for reasons that probably range from solidarity to self-preservation aren’t disposed to whitewash their President’s ideological predilections.

Netanyahu and Rouhani

YA’ALON: ROUHANI WILL CHEAT AND LIE TO THE UN: Defense Minister Moshe Ya’alon said this week that “The Iranian regime is the main cause of instability in the Middle East. It’s involved in every conflict through funding, training and arming the participants.” Addressing a conference of international parliamentarians, Ya’alon added that Iran is dangerous to the Middle East. “Iranian President Hassan Rouhani will cheat and lie at the UN General Assembly, and therefore we say that there must be a credible military option to stop its nuclear program,” warned Ya’alon. Iran’s new government took its diplomatic charm offensive to the UN on Monday. (Arutz-7)

NETANYAHU TO COMPARE IRAN AND NORTH KOREAN NUCLEAR ‘PLOYS’ IN UN SPEECH: PM Netanyahu will use his speech at the September UN General Assembly to compare Iran’s current diplomatic efforts on its nuclear program to North Korea’s diplomatic maneuvering prior to its testing of an atomic bomb. The sentiment of the speech echoes suspicion towards Iran’s intentions, expressed by Netanyahu last week.  He warned, then, that Iranian President Rouhani’s pledge that Iran would never develop a nuclear weapon amounted to “fraudulent words” that should fool no one. Netanyahu plans to review the history of North Korea’s negotiations, emphasizing a period of diplomacy when the North Koreans agreed to cease their nuclear weapons program in exchange for economic and other incentives – an agreement that was shortly followed by North Korea’s testing of a nuclear weapon. Last week, Netanyahu said any deal with Iran “requires” an end to enrichment and the removal of all enriched uranium. (JTA) Pray Israel will be well represented at the UN meetings – and that PM Netanyahu’s warnings regarding Rouhani and Iran will be heeded.

Pray for the peace of Jerusalem and for an abundant rainy season.

United Nations Bazaar

Iranian President Hassan Rouhani is pictured during an interview with U.S. television network NBC in TehranWith less fanfare than recent years, the UN General Assembly opened last Tuesday. However, it is bound to heat up next week. Two days are of particular interest prophetically speaking.

First: The UN BAZAAR next Tuesday 9-24 when President Obama and Iran’s new President Rouhani both speak the same day. The big news outside the speeches will be whether they shake hands in the hallway. The two countries have not had a Presidential handshake since the 1979 Iranian Revolution. Beware the Bazaar.

I call it the Bazaar because that is the Persian (Iranian) word for marketplace. In the Middle East it is usually characterized by a lot of trash talkin’ and wheeling and dealing, and serious haggling over the price. Anyone who pays the asking price is laughed at all the way to the bank.

Next week President Obama should be very careful because the new Iranian President is a master of the Bazaar. He is saying exactly what the West wants to hear, but is nothing but the mouthpiece of the Ayatollah whose hardline determination for nuclear weapons is unchanged. Beware the sweet talking Persian on Tuesday. Rouhani and Ahmadinejad remind me of the “good cop/bad cop” concept on American TV shows. Tuesday may turn out indeed to be a bizarre Bazaar (pun intended).

Second: Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu speaking on October 1, one day after meeting with President Obama in Washington, DC. Thursday, PA President Abbas will meet with Obama. Last year Netanyahu made major news with his “Iranian Red-Line” speech. This year the stakes are much higher with the events in Syria and Egypt, but primarily because Iran is a year closer to their goal of nuclear weapons. He warned the US: Don’t Be Fooled.

Ayatollah Khamenei shrewdly trumped President Obama’s 2012 campaign gaffe offering more “flexibility” to Russia, “after the election.” Last Tuesday, the Ayatollah almost mockingly called for more flexibility in Iran’s talks with the West. Beware the Bazaar!

Christian Zionists and believers everywhere need to undertake some serious intercession next week for Yehovah God’s purpose to be achieved and that His enemies be confused and confounded.

Red Line!

This is one of those days when I can’t decide on the headline.” Inducement!” was my alternative. I settled on “Red Line!” because it was the most graphic moment of Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu’s speech today to the United Nations General Assembly. With President Obama reluctant to draw a red line, the PM made a compelling case for its necessity. Iran must be stopped before the last stages (building a nuke) or it will be too late. He explained in simple terms why it can’t wait. He also set a reasonable timetable, reaching the red line as early as next Spring.

Inducement! Though the visual graphic of a bomb was memorable, the best line in his speech was the quote from Bernard Lewis: Mutually assured destruction is not a deterrent, it’s an inducement because that is what they’re hoping for. This is a major point that must be understood. MAD, or mutually assured destruction, worked with the USSR because they didn’t want to die anymore than we do. It does not work with Iran because they want to die for their bloodthirsty pagan god. It is their only guarantee of salvation. (Aren’t you thankful that Jesus died in our place?) They also believe it is necessary to start a catastrophic world war in order for Islamic Sharia to rule the planet. I have maintained for years that communism might have won if it was not based on godless atheism. This reveals the more serious threat of Islam. It has a world conquest ideology plus the passion of religious fervor.

One point I often make in my speaking tours is about the future of the European Union. The question has been raised for years whether Turkey will be admitted to the EU. With the rise of Islamic domination of Europe, the correct question is this. Will the EU be permitted to join the worldwide Islamic Caliphate headquartered in Turkey? Since the Arab Spring, events are unfolding so fast that most observers are way behind. The only way to keep ahead of the developments is to read the Bible prophesies. They are literally being fulfilled day by day. (This is clear just in the last few weeks with Egypt according to Isaiah 19.)

Secrets Made Known

The time is coming when everything that is covered up will be revealed, and all that is secret will be made known to all. Luke 12:2

Enough has been spoken and written about the political conventions, but one more observation is fitting. The shocking departure from democracy at the DNC was a major embarrassment for President Obama. Someone noticed the change in platform content from 2008 to 2012. The endorsement of Jerusalem as Israel’s capital was removed, along with all reference to God. Even though it was duly voted before the convention, it was certain to torpedo the Obama campaign, especially among Jewish and millions more Israel supporters. This led to the reversal that required a floor vote at the convention requiring a two-thirds majority. Though the voice vote was repeated three times, it never passed fifty-fifty which was abundantly clear in the audio recordings. Yet, the chairman declared it had passed with the necessary two-thirds! Finally, his pronouncement was greeted by a raucous chorus of boos. I conclude that the hidden changes were made known by the hand of God.

My commentary on May 5, The President’s Hat, was from a prophecy by Bob Jones detailing his impression that hidden things would be revealed all this year about secret dealings of the President. His “hat” would blow off. This has been true in a number of areas such as Operation Fast and Furious, the White House leaks of classified information, and various lies exposed at the highest levels. Still, the most serious is his dealings with Israel such as the flap at the DNC.

TODAY, it was announced that President Obama cancelled his critical September 27th meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu when the PM is in New York for the United Nations session. The reason given was the President’s busy schedule. How could this conceivably happen when Iran is threatening Israel and the world with a nuclear World War III? The cancellation may have been a reaction to these strong but clear words TODAY from Netanyahu: Those who do not place “red lines” in front of Iran have no moral right to put a “red light” in front of Israel when it comes to military action.

This year’s election will determine the destiny of the United States of America. If we choose to stand against Israel we will most certainly fall. Pray for our beloved country. God has an eternal covenant with the land and the people of Israel that has determined the end of nations and empires for 5,000 years.

Shaking Hands with the Devil?

Press photos of the UN chief shaking hands with Ahmadinejad and smiling into the camera are somewhat reminiscent of British PM Neville Chamberlain meeting and shaking hands with Adolf Hitler in Germany on September 22, 1938. This was eight days before Chamberlain’s famous arrival in Britain claiming peace had been won with the German dictator. The purpose of the meeting was to debate Hitler’s takeover of Czechoslovakia’s Sudetenland. Chamberlain mistakenly believed Hitler was only concerned with the Sudetenland and that war could be averted by giving in to the dictator’s demands. The former British prime minister is now remembered as the man who tried to avert war through “appeasement” that is, pandering to Hitler’s demands for more territory in Europe.

Clinton Demands Concrete

Clinton: Iran must take concrete steps on nukes

This headline has a double meaning. Secretary Clinton is calling for Iran to take serious steps to prove their intentions. They must show they will submit to international limits on their nuclear aims. However, I see a different use of concrete in Iran’s actions. While there have been two fruitless negotiations so far, Iran has meanwhile literally added more and more concrete to their underground nuke facilities.

I see a bit of inconsistency here. The only concrete Hillary Clinton is going to see from Iran is more of it poured into the fortified mountain nuclear hideout. Now let me ask a very simple question.

If Iran is only enriching uranium for peaceful energy and medical purposes, why the hidden fortified facilities?

Let’s review. Iran allows no nuclear inspectors to certain locales such as Parchin. They regularly threaten to blow Israel off the map. They threaten America and our Middle East bases. They support Syria, Hezbollah, Hamas and other assorted terrorists. They steadfastly maintain that nothing will stop their nuclear program. What could possibly go wrong?

So why are they coming to talks? The next is scheduled for the middle of this month.) There is only one answer to that question. They are stalling for time. They are very close to having a bomb. They already have enough partially enriched uranium for four or five bombs (when fully enriched). They may also already have other devices purchased from rogue states.

Do I believe they will nuke Israel? No, but not for lack of “concrete” intent. They will not, because this is not their prophetic timing. Their war against Israel comes up in Ezekiel 38 where they are mentioned by name (Persia). But the Psalm 83 War is first where a completely different list of countries is named. None of those are listed in Ezekiel 38. Therefore, I conclude that Israel wins the Psalm 83 War and expands Israel from Egypt to Syria fulfilling God’s promise to Abram (who became Abraham).

On the same day Yehovah made a covenant with Abram, saying: “To your descendants I have given this land, from the river of Egypt to the great river, the River Euphrates.” Genesis 15:18

This promise has never been completely obtained. The closest was in Solomon’s day. Pray for God’s faithful protection of Israel in this soon breaking war.

Are We There Yet?

The Point At Which Israel Bombs Iran

Misinformation is a big part of military action, especially when a “surprise attack” is best. A few weeks ago Leon Panetta, US Secretary of Defense and head of the Pentagon, announced that Israel would attack Iran’s nuke targets in April, May or June. At the time I thought: Why doesn’t he go ahead and release the target list with GPS coördinates so Iran can defend themselves? A few days ago an anonymous source from the Pentagon actually listed potential targets (without coördinates). We live in a world that has gone crazy. Most observers believe this is all part of the Obama Administration trying to block or at least slow Israel’s plans.

The good news is that Prime Minister Netanyahu made it quite clear Monday (full speech video) that Israel would not yield its security decisions to any other nation. We do not know the mind of God, but we must pray in accordance with His revealed Biblical purpose to restore and protect Israel. He has not regathered them from 180 nations just to kill them. That is satan’s false hope, it is not in the heart of the God of Israel. He has raised them up as a nation to make His name know to the entire world. In the end, God is God and the nations are mere mortals.

Make them tremble in fear, O Yehovah. Let the nations know they are merely human. Psalm 9:20 NLT

Assad’s Boast

The billboard in the 2006 photo above says: Al–h (the god of Islam) will protect Syria. So there is no mistake about the intent, it is on the old city wall of Damascus. I beg to differ. What we have here is a direct affront to the living God of Israel. The banner includes the picture of Assad, the dictator of Syria. Even dictators get religion when the chips are down. Yet, Yehovah made it quite clear in Isaiah 17 that the time will come when no one will save Damascus, it will cease from being a city!

This message came to me concerning Damascus: “Look, the city of Damascus will disappear! It will become a heap of ruins.” Isaiah 17:1 NLT

Assad is not the first arrogant dictator to lose a challenge to the living God Yehovah. At the end of the Age….it comes down to Yehovah, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob; the living God of Israel against all false gods and philosophies of men. According to the immutable Word of the living God, we will soon see if the god of Islam can protect Damascus. Yehovah is a jealous God and He will have no other gods before Him. Period.

Not unto us, O Yehovah, not unto us, but to Your name give glory, because of Your mercy, because of Your truth. Why should the Gentiles say, “So where is their God?” But our God is in heaven; He does whatever He pleases. Their idols are silver and gold, the work of men’s hands. They have mouths, but they do not speak; eyes they have, but they do not see; they have ears, but they do not hear; noses they have, but they do not smell. They have hands, but they do not handle; feet they have, but they do not walk; nor do they mutter through their throat. Those who make them are like them; so is everyone who trusts in them. Exercise: For a deeper view of using the name of Yehovah, the one true God, please read Psalm 135 and notice that in only twenty-one verses, the personal name, Yehovah, is used nineteen times. (Of course, it is hidden because it says LORD in all caps, not honestly translating the actual name, Yehovah.) This is nineteen of the 6,828 times His personal name appears in the Hebrew text, but is diluted, obscured and hidden by using the vague terms LORD or GOD which could apply to any god. It is time to use His name again! Yehovah is the name of our God! It is amazing how the Bible comes alive when you make this slight correction in your reading. We do not all worship the same God. Don’t be deceived, brothers and sisters.

While no one was looking, India decided to ignore the embargo on Iran’s oil sales by buying directly with gold payments. Oil markets are stunned! This has the potential for totally collapsing the US economy and probably the entire western world economic system. Here is a DEBKAfile Exclusive Report:

India is the first buyer of Iranian oil to agree to pay for its purchases in gold instead of the US dollar, debkafile’s intelligence and Iranian sources report exclusively.  Those sources expect China to follow suit. India and China take about one million barrels per day, or 40 percent of Iran’s total exports of 2.5 million bpd. Both are superpowers in terms of gold assets. 

By trading in gold, New Delhi and Beijing enable Tehran to bypass the upcoming freeze on its central bank’s assets and the oil embargo which the European Union’s foreign ministers agreed to impose Monday, Jan. 23. The EU currently buys around 20 percent of Iran’s oil exports.

The vast sums involved in these transactions are expected, furthermore, to boost the price of gold and depress the value of the dollar on world markets. (Read full article here)

The last phrase is the point. If oil goes off the dollar standard, the US loses one of its most important international positions. It is another result of the failure of the US Administration to  project strength. Weakness instead, has produced this crises and put us on the brink of economic chaos.

Two examples illustrate my point. First, every time President Obama tries to “talk” to Iran it only buys them more time to pursue their agenda, both for oil, and for nuclear weapons. Second, our President refuses to allow the new Keystone XL oil pipeline to connect Canadian oil to Houston, further weakening our global position. Canada would sell their oil to China if we default on the pipeline. We have enough oil and natural gas to completely stop buying Middle East oil. Iran Has The Bomb

You may say this is premature, but please hear me out. Last Tuesday the IAEA (International Atomic Energy Agency) released its long-awaited report on Iran. The report confirms in actual public fact what the various intelligence agencies have known for some time. There are three reasons to conclude that Iran now has several (at least low-level) atomic bombs.

First, the IAEA report confirms all the technology and expert advice is in the hands of Iran. Second, Israel and others have concluded they have all they need to build the bomb. Third, and this is the clincher, we know the above facts absolutely. It is logical to project a substantial degree of information that we don’t know that Iran has been able to hide, even from the IAEA. Therefore, we conclude that Iran likely has the bomb. Will they be reluctant to use it to wipe out Israel? Will they hesitate to use it against us? I don’t think so.

It is now a matter of timing. Israel can fly directly to Iran over Jordan and Iraq for the next six weeks. Then the US is out of Iraq and its airspace will likely be off limits to Israel. Does Israel have the luxury of waiting for further diplomatic efforts to play out? Can Israel depend on heavier sanctions to take effect? I don’t think so.

Now let us consider Bible prophecy. We have said often that the coming Psalm 83 War does not include Iran. It is primarily the Arab countries that touch Israel’s borders that are listed in the Psalm. Iran does not rise to its place in prophecy until the Ezekiel 38 & 39 Gog and Magog War. Iran (Persia) appears there along with Libya, Sudan and Turkey. Iran’s present threat is premature when viewed from a prophetic context. Therefore, it is likely that Iran will suffer a temporary setback that will make them a non-player in the imminent Psalm 83 conflict. Israel will have to act very soon. The ancient hatred against Yehovah God is arising in our day with vengeance. The spirit of Amalek is on the loose. Wicked men oppose God’s eternal purpose for Israel and all His people who love His Son, the Messiah. Will hell’s goal to defeat Yehovah and Yeshua ben Yehovah succeed? I DON’T THINK SO!

Again a message came to me from Yehovah: “Son of man, turn and face Mount Seir, and prophesy against its people. Give them this message from the Sovereign Yehovah: “I am your enemy, O Mount Seir, and I will raise my fist against you to destroy you completely. I will demolish your cities and make you desolate. Then you will know that I am Yehovah. “Your eternal hatred for the people of Israel led you to butcher them when they were helpless, when I had already punished them for all their sins.” Ezekiel 35:1-5 NLT
