How does one celebrate your 48^th wedding anniversary when the entire United States lies between you? I am in Idaho on a ministry trip and Doreen is home in North Carolina. So the best way is to dedicate my blog today to the most wonderful Proverbs 31 wife and love of my life.

I love you now more than ever!

Since that first hay-ride in October 1964 at Berkshire Christian College, I have never looked back. For over 50 years I have chosen you and you have chosen me. But the best part is that from the beginning we made Jesus number one: “You and me and Jesus!” It was the best decision we made together, what a blessing that we started that way.
