Did the Pilgrims start a new tradition? Or was it instituted 3,000 years ago? It was simply brought to the new world by those who were fleeing religious persecution. The Pilgrims were Bible believers who practiced what they preached. We would do well to practice the same. Today, just meditate on the glorious REAL REASON for the season! God is GOOD!

Notice it is a command to “all you lands.” Most translations say “all the earth.” This is not only for Israel, or only Christians, but the whole earth is to shout and give thanks to Yehovah God because He is good.
Pray for the peace of Jerusalem and for rain there.
