Normalization with Israel is the “in” thing in the Middle East these days. What does it mean for prophecy? In a word… ACCELERATION! After our blessed ministry in Idaho the last two weeks it seems the prophecy news is coming faster than we can keep up. While we were gone, Israel normalized relations with UAE and Bahrain, were recognized by Serbia and Kosovo (who will open embassies in Jerusalem), Honduras announced it will put its embassy in Jerusalem before the end of the year and President Trump was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize… twice (Mideast and Kosovo/Serbia). Don’t forget that Prime Minister Netanyahu was also nominated. Wow!
Gog and Magog? Do not look for Ezekiel 38 anytime soon. Israel must be living in such secure peace that they tear down all walls they have built as separation from the Arabs in recent years. Thus, the season of peace before the Gog and Magog war.
“After many days you will be visited. In the latter years you will come into the land of those brought back from the sword and gathered from many people on the mountains of Israel, which had long been desolate; they were brought out of the nations, and now all of them dwell safely. — You will say, ‘I will go up against a land of unwalled villages; I will go to a peaceful people, who dwell safely, all of them dwelling without walls, and having neither bars nor gates’“ Ezekiel 38:8 & 11
Notice the bolded words above which unequivocally describe conditions that simply do not exist today in Israel. Therefore, the next prophetic event is not war with Iran, but an extraordinary (and surprising) peace.
I spoke all over Idaho (drove 2,220 miles) about my view that this is the end of the Psalm 83 War and the start of a time of peace that must be clearly in place before the Ezekiel 38 Gog & Magog War. I admitted I had been wrong expecting a final big battle to end the Psalm 83 scenario. Now we see an acceleration of other Arab and Muslim nations as well as other nations. It is interesting that this is all happening under the cloud (or distraction) of the pandemic. When the dust settles, the Middle East will be transformed. Notice that the Psalm 83 nations are not mentioned in Ezekiel 38. Israel’s borders and influence continue to expand to the promised extent of Yehovah’s purpose.
On the same day Yehovah made a covenant with Abram, saying: “To your descendants I have given this land, from the river of Egypt to the great river, the River Euphrates. Genesis 15:18
Pray for the Messiah’s Peace of Jerusalem! Also, pray for rain as we approach the rainy season.

I was glad to hear of your double portion of speaking opportunities in Idaho. Yehovah provides for the ones willing to ask for work!
So, if there is nothing prophetically standing between now and Armageddon except years of peace, couldn’t that peace be fairly short? Dan. 9:27 says that someone (Netanyahu? Gantz?) “shall confirm the covenant with many for one week, but in the middle of the week he shall bring an end to sacrifice and offering. And on the wing of abominations shall be one who makes desolate, even until the consummation, which is determined, is poured out on the desolate.”
Consider if President Trump and Bibi Netanyahu confirm treaties with many nations quickly, right now, and peace suddenly reigns in Israel. The Temple Institute begins to erect the Tabernacle of David on the Temple Mount. Maybe there will be a final treaty with many nations that triggers the time clock, as the Temple Institute finishes the Tabernacle on the Temple Mount, and Temple sacrifices are reinstituted. After 3-1/2 years of Temple sacrifices Ezekiel 38 and 39 kick in, and Gog brings his hordes against “a land of unwalled villages; I will go to a peaceful people who dwell safely” (Ez. 38:11) The attack causes the Israeli PM to stop the daily sacrifices. Gog walks into the Tabernacle of David on the Temple Mount and becomes the Abomination that makes Desolation.
Then we switch to Jesus talking in Matt. 24:15. Lightning flashes from the east to the west. (Bringing darkened heavens bodies 24:29 and the rapture 24:41.)
Then comes the Tribulation on earth, and the marriage supper of the Lamb in heaven.
Or maybe not. I could be wrong. What do you think?

You make a good point, Jane. The duration of this period of peace is unknown, but the key to me is that Israel is so confident that they tear down all the walls, bars, and gates. That would not happen overnight, and would be visible to all. When that starts happening the clock starts ticking to Gog and Magog.
