Tis the season…of joy and celebration, and I sincerely bless all who honor the birth of the Messiah and all who observe Hanukkah, the Festival of Lights and Re-dedication of the Temple.

HOWEVER, while we were focused on the holy days of God, a great betrayal was undertaken against Israel by our President in the name of the United States. Personally, I disavow any part of the decision to stab Israel in the back. Last Friday the UN passed a Security Counsel resolution condemning Israel and setting in motion a dark new era of anti-Semitism around the world. Here is my Facebook post from Friday.

The United States has abstained in the UN anti-Israel vote today. Therefore it has passed; and I am concerned that God will abstain from protecting the United States from terrorist attacks over Christmas. Pray for mercy!

The key words in this story are abstain, abandon and betrayal. Here is the response from Prime Minister Netanyahu:

Prime Minister’s Office –Israel rejects this shameful anti-Israel resolution at the UN and will not abide by its terms. At a time when the security Council does nothing to stop the slaughter of half a million people in Syria, it disgracefully gangs up on the one true democracy in the Middle East, Israel, and calls the Western Wall “occupied territory.” The Obama administration not only failed to protect Israel against this gang-up at the UN, it colluded with it behind the scenes. Israel looks forward to working with President-elect Trump and with all our friends in Congress, Republicans and Democrats alike, to negate the harmful effects of this absurd resolution.
